El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes la preparación de un jugo de parchita también conocida como maracuyá ;por lo general utilizamos las semillas solamente, pero en esta oportunidad quise aprovechar la fruta al máximo; así que, también utilicé la pulpa sancochada, lo mezclé con la semilla y obtuve un delicioso jugo de parchita para el almuerzo familiar el día de hoy; sin más les muestro la preparación:

** INGREDIENTES ** Para 2 litros de jugo: 2 parchitas grandes Azúcar al gusto 1 1/2 de agua

** PROCEDIMIENTO ** Después de lavar muy bien las parchita, las corto a la mitad, retiro la semilla y reservo; la concha la corto en trozos pequeños y llevo a sancochar, una vez que ya haya ablandado dejo reposar y con la ayuda de una cuchara retiro la pulpa, solamente vamos a descartar lo que es la propia concha, la parte amarilla que cubre la fruta.

La pulpa la llevamos a la licuadora, agregamos la misma agua donde se sancochó, licuamos muy bien y pasamos por una coladora ;luego llevamos este jugo nuevamente a la licuadora, agregamos las semillas de la parchita, el azúcar al gusto y licuamos fuerte hasta que todo esté compacto; completamos el agua y pasamos por una coladora para retirar las semillas de la parchita.
