Para la carne; lo primero que hice fue lavar muy bien los aliños, cortarlos en trozos, llevarlos a la trituradora y lo agregué en una paila con aceite onotado y los llevé a sofreír; luego incorporé la carne molida, dejé cocinando a fuego medio hasta que la papa hubo ablandado .
Para el arroz; en una paila coloque aceite caliente, agregué el fideo, en lo que estuvo sofrito agregué el arroz, luego la cantidad de agua necesaria y sal al gusto .
Finalmente para los patacones; corte los plátanos en tajadas, pasé por aceite ,con ayuda de una madera pisé, agregué sal y volví a freír hasta que estuvieron completamente dorados.
