** ESPAÑOL ** Hoy fue uno de esos días donde tuve muchas ocupaciones, se hizo tarde para llegar a casa, ya había pasado la hora del almuerzo; así que, tocó improvisar uno de esos menú que se preparan en 10 o 15 minutos, que además son muy deliciosos 😋 En esta oportunidad preparé un arroz con fideo y lo acompañé con un huevo frito y tajadas de plátano maduro.

So, I had to improvise one of those meals that can be prepared in 10 or 15 minutes, which are also very delicious. ** PROCEDIMIENTO ** Sofreí los fideos en aceite caliente y luego agregué el arroz, dejé que se mezclara con el fideo y se sofriera también. Seguidamente agregué la cantidad de agua y la sal necesaria y dejé que se cociera; al mismo tiempo corté las tajadas del plátano maduro en aceite caliente y freí un huevo para acompañar este plato.
