Lo primero que hice fue poner un poco de agua en una olla a hervir para cocinar la pasta; por otra parte llevé a sancochar el huevo, mientras tanto iba preparando el resto de los ingredientes; lave muy bien el tomate, el pepino, la cebolla; retiré la cáscara y corté en pequeños trozos.

Una vez que la pasta estuvo lista, la pasé por una coladora, agregué un poco de aceite; por otro lado, retiré la cáscara del huevo y corté en trozos.
Luego en una taza mezclé muy bien todos los ingredientes, comprobé de sal; aderezé con mayonesa y para finalizar agregué un poco de maíz que tenía en casa y un trozo de cilantro picado finamente.
