Para la carne, lo primero que hice fue sazonarla muy bien con ajo pisado, orégano y sal; agregué un poco de agua y llevé a cocinar a fuego alto, cuando comenzó a hervir bajé a fuego medio y fui volteando por ambos lados hasta que estuvo completamente cocido.
Aparte para las verduras, puse a hervir agua, retire la cáscara, corté en trozos medianos y, llevé a cocinar con un poco de sal hasta que hubo ablandado.
