I made this ribs & mushrooms rice bowl this weekend.
I added mushrooms, shredded carrots and potato because they were in my fridge. You don't have to add all of them. Feel free to pick whatever you have. You can add salami or sausage if you're a meat lover.
周末清理了一下冰箱食材,做了这道比较随意的排骨焖饭。
所谓随意,就是除了排骨,其他辅料都可以按口味随意来,看起来味道不冲突就行。我家有胡萝卜丝、土豆和香菇,我就选了这三样。肉食动物们可以再加腊肠之类的。
Step 1 Prepare the ribs 第一步 处理排骨 Par-boiling ribs and then clean ribs with cold water. Place ribs in a large bowl. Add soy sauce, cooking wine, shredded ginger and marinate at room temperature for at least 30min.
沸水焯排骨后用凉水冲洗。在大碗中加入排骨、生抽、料酒、姜丝腌制至少半小时。
Step 2 Prepare other materials 第二步 处理辅料
While you're waiting for the ribs to be marinated, you can chop potatos, mushrooms and carrots. I used the shredded carrots to save some time:)
等待排骨腌制的时候把辅料都切丁。我直接买了切好的胡萝卜丝,省了不少时间:)
Step 3 Stir fry the ribs and other materials 第三步 翻炒
Fry the ribs until they turn golden brown. Add mushrooms, carrots and potatos. Stir fry for another 3-5 min. Add soysauce and salt. You can add oyster sauce if you like.
The Final Step 最后一步
Rinse rice and add water (normal volume) to the rice cooker or pressure cooker. I perfer pressure cooker. Put everything we prepared in step 3 to the cooker and cook with the option 'rice'.
Done! All you need to do next is waiting for your cooker:)
正常淘米加水,把第三步炒好的料加到电饭煲或者高压锅里,正常煮饭即可。 然后就等着享用吧:)
