Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC Durante unos días estuve visitando a mi hermano en Valencia, estado Carabobo, y entre esos momentos también hubo espacio para lo que más me apasiona: entrenar y compartir. En esta ocasión, se dio algo especial. Mi primo, que recién está comenzando en el mundo de la fotografía y quiere construir su portafolio, me propuso hacer una sesión deportiva. Por supuesto, acepté sin dudarlo. Llegué un poco antes al parque para ir calentando, y no sentirme tan pesado en la plancha. Mientras calentaba, me encontré con un amigo de la zona y le dimos unas series de plancha para activar el cuerpo.
Greetings friends of the SWC For a few days I was visiting my brother in Valencia, Carabobo state, and in between those moments there was also time for what I love most: training and sharing. This time, something special happened. My cousin, who is just starting out in the world of photography and wants to build his portfolio, suggested doing a sports shoot. Of course, I accepted without hesitation. I arrived at the park a little early to warm up and not feel so heavy on the plank. While I was warming up, I met up with a friend from the area and we did a few sets of planks to activate our bodies.

Al poco tiempo llegó mi primo con su cámara, listo para empezar la sesión. Lo que empezó como un entrenamiento más, se transformó en una experiencia distinta. Desde hace tiempo tenía en mente, de querer una sesión de fotos haciendo el deporte que más me gusta, porque, si en los videos muchas veces se ve brutal lo que uno hace, en fotografía no sería excepción. La sesión fluyó entre risas, ajustes de ángulos y, por supuesto, muchas planchas, uno de los elementos que más disfruto y que mejor representan mi estilo. Al terminar, revisamos las fotos y realmente me sorprendió el resultado. Me encantaron, en especial las de plancha, porque transmiten no solo la fuerza del movimiento, sino también la pasión que hay detrás de cada estático. Y literal, esa sesión contó como un entrenamiento más, porque tanto aguante sí me cansó un poco. Este día me recordó que el street workout no solo se vive entrenando, sino también compartiendo momentos, inspirando y dejando huellas en quienes nos rodean.
Shortly after, my cousin arrived with his camera, ready to start the session. What started as just another workout transformed into a different experience. I'd been thinking about a photoshoot of myself doing the sport I love most for a while, because if videos often make what I'm doing look amazing, photography would be no exception. The session flowed with laughter, angle adjustments, and, of course, lots of planks, one of the elements I enjoy most and that best represents my style. When it was over, we reviewed the photos, and I was truly surprised by the result. I loved them, especially the plank shots, because they convey not only the power of the movement but also the passion behind each static pose. Literally, that session counted as just another workout, because all the endurance did tire me out a bit. This day reminded me that street workout isn't just about training, but also about sharing moments, inspiring, and leaving a lasting impression on those around us.
