y compañeros de FullDeportes, El día de hoy les traigo nuevamente un vídeo de una de mis rutinas del día a día, que en esta ocasión se trata de un vídeo mostrándole mi rutina de reforzamiento de Full Planche en horas de la mañana. Es un horario en el cual no estoy acostumbrado a entrenar, pero que quise probar a ver qué tal me iba. Sin más nada que decir, vamos con el vídeo.

Esta rutina tiene como objetivo principal reforzar este elemento estático, no lo hago con el objetivo de potenciarlo, si no de mantenerlo y evitar la perdida de mi nivel en este deporte. También porque al tener unos días sin entrenar por temas de tiempo, quise empezar con ejercicios que me ayudaron a conseguir y mejorar este elemento que son los que ven a continuación. Y como mencioné antes, no estoy acostumbrado a entrenar a horas tan tempranas, menos en ayunas, así que era algo totalmente nuevo para mí.
The main objective of this routine is to reinforce this static element. I do not do it with the objective of enhancing it, but rather to maintain it and prevent the loss of my level in this sport. Also because having a few days without training due to time issues, I wanted to start with exercises that helped me achieve and improve this element, which are the ones you see below. And as I mentioned before, I'm not used to training at such early hours, especially on an empty stomach, so it was something totally new for me.
