Greetings to all members of the #Music community and all music fans. Today I share with you my trumpet interpretation of "Lovin' You", a Soul genre song composed by Minnie Riperton and Richard Rudolph. The lyrics talk about unconditional love and the joy of being in love. The verses are simple but direct, expressing a feeling of happiness and fulfillment. I love Minnie Riperton's voice, the timbre of her voice and her wide vocal range are admirable. Although I confess that the first time I heard the song was in the voice of Susana Zabaleta. The melody is sweet and incredibly warm, with an upward movement that creates a feeling of optimism and joy. The rhythm is moderate and the original key is in A Major. The highest note Riperton sings is F#6, in my case, it's A6, which is a challenge, but it's the highlight of the song. At the time of recording it, I was not feeling well, I had a migraine and it made it difficult for me to play some notes in the final bars due to fatigue. I hope you enjoy it.

Hoy les comparto mi interpretación con la trompeta de «Lovin' You», una canción de género Soul compuesta por Minnie Riperton y Richard Rudolph. La letra habla sobre el amor incondicional y la alegría de estar enamorado. Los versos son sencillos pero directos, expresando un sentimiento de felicidad y plenitud. Me encanta la voz de Minnie Riperton, es admirable su timbre de voz y su amplio rango vocal. Aunque les confieso que la primera vez que escuché la canción fue en la voz de Susana Zabaleta. La melodía es dulce e increíblemente cálida, con un movimiento ascendente que crea una sensación de optimismo y alegría. El ritmo es moderado y la tonalidad original está en A Mayor. La nota más alta que canta Riperton es F#6, en mi caso es A6, lo cual representa un reto, pero es el momento cumbre de la canción. Al momento de grabarla no me sentía bien, tenía migraña y me dificulta tocar algunas notas en los compases finales por cansancio. Additionally, they must be prepared to perform in public, which can be stressful. On some occasions, I have had to work under difficult circumstances, such as a headache, or another health problem. It's not an easy task to play your instrument when you want to be in bed more. The musician lives from his art, his profession, and his talent. That sometimes requires you to make sacrifices and act resiliently and professionally. Of course, it is important to consider that you cannot go to the extreme of neglecting your health, in the end, your life depends on it. Then we must consider taking a break and taking care of our body.

Ser músico es una profesión que exige mucho al cuerpo y a la mente. Los músicos deben practicar durante horas para mantener su técnica y su nivel de interpretación. Además, deben estar preparados para actuar en público, lo que puede ser estresante. En algunas ocasiones me ha tocado trabajar en circunstancias difíciles, como un dolor de cabeza, u otro problema de salud. No es tarea fácil tocar tu instrumento cuando deseas estar más en la cama. El músico vive de su arte, de su profesión y de su talento. Eso requiere a veces que haga sacrificios y que actúe resiliente y con profesionalismo. Claro, es importante considerar que no se puede llegar al extremo de descuidar la salud, al final tu vida depende de ello. Entonces hay que considerar tomar un descanso y velar por nuestro cuerpo.
