Gestern sind wir bereits in Beauvoir angekommen und haben uns dort auf dem Campingplatz für 2 Tage niedergelassen .
Heute morgen sind wir dann von dort aus losgelaufen zum „Le-Mont-Saint-Michel“.
Der Ort und die Bucht gehören zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe.
Ich wollte extra früh loslaufen um den großen Touristenmassen zu entgehen, doch in Beauvoir fand heute Morgen auch noch ein Trödelmarkt statt und den haben wir uns vorher auch noch angesehen.
Anschließend sind wir dann den Weg zum Mont-Saint-Michel gelaufen.
Der Berg ist bereits von weitem ein richtiger Hingucker und auch wenn man dort ist, kann man viel in den kleinen Straßen und Gassen entdecken. Auch wenn dort Massen von Touristen durch die Gassen strömten, konnte man immer noch abseits der Hauptwege ruhige Stellen finden, wo man sich kurz hinsetzen und den Ort genießen konnte.
Auf dem Mont-Saint-Michel haben wir auch zum ersten Male die Adventure-Lab-App ausprobiert. Diese funktioniert ähnlich wie Geocaching, jedoch sucht man keinen physischen Gegenstand, sondern geht zu bestimmten Orten, löst Rätsel und schließt am Ende ein Adventure erfolgreich ab.
Nachdem wir wieder zurück waren, haben wir uns in der Boulangerie ein paar Küchlein geholt und so die gelaufenen Kalorien wieder ausgeglichen.

We then walked the path to Mont-Saint-Michel.
The mountain is a real eye-catcher from afar and even when you are there, you can discover a lot in the small streets and alleyways. Even if there were masses of tourists streaming through the alleyways, you could still find quiet spots away from the main paths where you could sit down for a moment and enjoy the place.
We also tried out the Adventure Lab app for the first time on Mont-Saint-Michel. This works in a similar way to geocaching, but instead of looking for a physical object, you go to certain places, solve puzzles and successfully complete an adventure at the end.
After we got back, we went to the boulangerie for a few cakes to make up for the calories we had walked.
