The last time we met, we were about to receive a new mission, and so it was. We were assigned to enter a basement near Mauvalona City to turn off an electric generator, and that's where we headed.
This basement was populated by Electric-type Pokémon attracted to the generator, something similar to what happened with the power plant in the first generation. The main dynamic of this basement were the blue and green buttons, each of which opened a gate of the same color. The trick here was deciding when and how to press certain buttons. After a few back and forth moves, we finally managed to turn off the generator; unfortunately, we wouldn't find any Electric-type Legendaries here at the end.
After completing our mission, we were given the move Thunderbolt. After this, using Surf, we crossed the small strait beyond the beach and arrived at a very fertile land due to its proximity to the Celtic side of the game. Here we found all kinds of rare berries. A little later, this thick grass begins to grow, which we must cross on foot since we can't cross it on a bike.
So we reach the weather center, whose bridge is blocked by a couple of Team Water members. Upon entering, we find the place occupied by these villains who are looking for information on a certain Pokémon. We quickly defeat all the members until we reach their squad leader. When we defeat her, the same team leader appears, announcing that they now have the information they need and they mark each other.
After helping these people, we cross the bridge, and surprise! Our opponent is waiting for us, and so we begin a new battle. Upon defeating him, he gives us the move Fly. Very tempted to use it since we were in the middle of the jungle—we hadn't seen a Pokémon center in a while—but we decided to wait a bit. Arbor City was just a few steps away.
And so we arrive at the city in the middle of the jungle, one of my favorites in the entire series. Tomorrow, the adventure will begin there. My question is, are you ready?
Version en Español : La ruta hacia la selva Capitulo #9 Pokemon Esmeralda (En-Es)
La última vez que nos vimos estábamos a punto de recibir una nueva misión y así fue, nos asignaron entrar en un sótano cerca de Ciudad Malvalona para apagar un generador eléctrico y hacia ahí nos dirigimos.
Este sótano estaba poblado por Pokemon tipo eléctricos atraídos por el generador, algo parecido a lo que ocurría con la central eléctrica en la primera generación. El dinámica principal de este sótano eran los botones azul y verde cada uno abría un portón de este mismo color. El truquillo acá era decidir cuando si y cuando accionar ciertos botones. Tras un par de idas y venidas por fin logramos apagar el generador, lamentablemente aquí no encontraríamos ningún Legendario tipo eléctrico al final.
Tras cumplir nuestra misión nos entregan el movimiento Rayo. Luego de esto ya con el Surf atravesamos el pequeño estrecho más allá de la playa y llegamos a una tierra muy fértil por su cercanía al lado celvatico del juego. Aquí encontramos todo tipo de bayas raras. Un poco después empieza a crecer esta hierva tupida que debemos atravesar a pie ya que con la bici no se puede.
Así llegamos hasta el centro metereologico cuyo puente esta cerrado por un par de miembros del Team Agua. Al entrar nos encontramos que el lugar está tomado or estos villanos que están buscando información sobre cierto Pokemon. Derrotamos rápidamente a todos los miembros hasta llegar a su líder de escuadro y cuando la vencemos aparece el mismo líder del equipo anunciando que ya tienen la info que necesitan y se marcan.
Tras ayudar a estas personas cruzamos el puente y ¡sorpresa! Nuestro rival nos esperaba y así comenzamos una nueva batalla, al derrotarle nos regala el movimiento Vuelo. Muy tentados a usarlo ya que estábamos en medio de la selva no se veía un centro Pokemon hace mucho, pero decidimos esperar un poco, Ciudad Arborada estaba a unos pocos pasos.
Y así llegamos a la ciudad en media de la selva, una de mis favoritas en toda la saga, pues mañana la aventura empezará en este sitio, mi pregunta es ¡Están listos!
