Yesterday my husband went to the market and brought me some fish, including a piece of stingray. This fish has no bones and its meat is soft with an intense sea flavor, making it a good choice to introduce into the diets of children and the elderly.
Below, I will show you how to make a very simple and delicious stewed stingray dish, although you can customize it to your liking.

In this recipe, the intense flavor of the skate blends with that of the vegetables, creating a dish of high nutritional and culinary quality.
***INGREDIENTS AND UTENSILS:***
- 800 gr of skate meat.
- 1 medium onion.
- Half a green pepper.
- 5 sweet peppers.
- Oil.
- Water.
- 1 head of garlic.
- ½ teaspoon of oregano.
- 1 tablespoon of annatto powder.
- ½ tablespoon of salt.
- 1 chicken bouillon cube.
- Medium skillet.
- Blender.
- Large and small spoons.
- Container.
- Knife.
- Pot.

***PREPARATION:***
• Wash the utensils to be used.

• Wash the seasonings (onion, sweet peppers, paprika).

• Wash the fish and place it on the heat to boil.

• Remove the fish from the pot and let it cool so that it can be flaked.

• Put the seasonings in a blender, purée them, and set aside.

• Heat the oil in a pan, add the flaked fish and the puréed seasonings.

• Add salt, annatto, oregano, and bouillon cube, and stir. Let it boil for 15 minutes

• Ready to serve.
