Hello, everyone! I hope we are all in God's grace and mercy, How's life going? Hive price has been very low and I told myself to build more when the price is still low.
Debts are very hassle; they ruin your routine and oftentimes, you could fall short on budget especial to someone who had a family, but debts are not all that worse; I am born in a poor family and so is my kids that is why my husband and i were working very hard to make ends meet, and to make small investments not only to have a better future but also to provide a better life for my family.
I am grateful to my husband @tonton23 because his mindset is all about saving and investing money.
I t was on August 11, 2021 when we both agreed that I would take a loan to buy a piece of land which a family friend offered us. I am at good paying job and thank God for that; it is a huge blessing and without Him I am nothing; good thing I was able to take a loan form the saving I and my husband joined when the year started and it was a great help for us. The interest rate was 5% per month, and we just off set our saving to pay it; we only received a small amount when the
This year ended but the piece of land was practically ours.
As for now, we still have to pay 36,000 pesos to complete the payment of a 100 square meter land; we are close to completing our goal.
Honestly sometimes I get tired of our investments because we could not see them immediately but my loving husband was always there to cheer me up and continue on our journey. Life is hard; we only make ends meet, thanks to God for all His blessings. I hope that soon We will be able to pay the land in full and will be able to build something that meets our needs. I ma forever thankful to my husband for being very strong willed and faithful.
20,000 pesos takes a lot of time to make and we only spent in in a day; well we held it for less than a day but I know that one day, the seed hat we sowed will give us sweet fruit. I till keep my faith high for the Almighty one who is forever merciful and kind.
