El pay de parchita se puede preparar de varias maneras, sin embargo hoy les traigo una sencilla y sin tantos ingredientes ya que en algunas se utiliza leche evaporada, pero en esta receta no es necesario. Está receta es muy sencilla 😉 y les aseguro que a su familia les va a encantar, así que manos a la obra mis queridos creativos.

## Ingredientes: + 1 paquete de galleta Maria + 100 grs de mantequilla derretida + 1 Lata de leche condensada + 5 Huevos + 250ml de jugo de parchita ##### Para el merengue Suizo + Clara de 3 huevos + 2 Tazas y media de azúcar + 1/2 Limon

**Paso 2:** Después de triturar las galletas la colocamos en el molde y agregamos la mantequilla, vamos a unir bien y aplanamos la mezcla llevamos al horno por 10 minutos para formar la masa.
