Saludos amigos bienvenidos a mi blog 🌟

Some days I struggle to get out of bed and fight against laziness when going to train. Often I say to myself, "I'll go tomorrow," or "Go to sleep," but I know that later I will regret not going to the gym, and I know this because it has happened to me before. > >Today I want to write a post to share the benefits of weight training. There are many types of training, and that's great. I really enjoy dance therapy, which I used to do a lot, and aerobics, but I've discovered that the best training is with weights because it helps both physically and mentally, and in this case, the muscles develop better. > > > >### Benefits of weight training: > >1.- Increases muscle strength: it's incredible how we gradually gain more and more muscle strength. I've noticed this in my daily life. Carrying a bucket used to be difficult and heavy for me, but now I can do it with ease. I felt that I didn't have enough strength in my arms, and now, it's not that I overuse it, but I can carry a large bottle of water that I couldn't before, or a gas cylinder. This is definitely something I appreciate and recommend if you don't already train with weights. > >2.- Bone strengthening: training helps bone density and prevents us from suffering from osteoporosis later on. As we age, our bones also lose their density, but by training with weights we help to prevent decalcification, at least for a long time, I think. > >3.- Best antidepressant: well, this includes any type of exercise, whether with weights or not. Exercise helps strengthen our mind and release endorphins, which can reduce stress and strengthen us mentally. When you exercise more, you feel happier. I can prove this every morning when I finish my exercises and return home feeling happy and active. > >4.- Helps with fat loss: If you are looking to improve your body in a balanced way, I recommend weight training. It's not just about looking good, but feeling good too. By increasing muscle mass, we can tone our bodies. Of course, I must confess that I exercise so that I can eat without remorse 😋, and burn off all those foods I shouldn't be eating every day, but everyone has their own goals. > > > > > >There are undoubtedly many benefits to weight training. I have seen many people at the gym who have transformed their lives through training. Of course, we can also combine various techniques such as functional training and dance, among others. The important thing is to exercise. >
