El mes rosa es mes de concientización, un mes para recordar la campaña en la lucha por el cáncer de mama, muchas organizaciones hacen charlas, trabajos y actividades respecto a este día, ya que según perdido muchas vidas por esta enfermedad tan terrible y nadie está excepto a esto, además creo que todo podemos conocer a alguien que ha pasado por esta cruel enfermedad, algunos han podido salir victoriosos y otros lamentablemente no.
En el gimnasio al cual asisto se les ocurrió la brillante idea de hacer una bailoterapia para concientizar a las personas que allí asistimo, me enacnta que involucren el deporte para que sea un impulso en la lucha por hacer el diagnostico a tiempo y claro recordar a tantas personas que han pasado por este problema el cual no es nada fácil, es necesario tomar conciencia de la autoexploración y los chequeos anuales que debemos realizarnos y estar pendiente de cada uno de nosotros.
Como saben Octubre se viste de rosa y por ello la idea era ir vestidos de rosado aunque fuera una prenda para estar combinados, pero saben muchas veces no todos tenemos esos colores por lo que no importaba, también invitar a otra persona era importante, por lo que llevé a mi hija para que me acompañará y pudiera distraerse un poco en una actividad física.
Llegamos justo a la hora antes de comenzar, había tantas personas que no cambiamos en el recinto destinado para el baile, nos tropezabamos unos con otros, pero eso no impidió que disfrutaramos nuestro momento, este instructor es muy dinámico y siempre inventa algo divertido, me gusta mucho eso de él, en medio de sus clases siempre pide hacer poses, es un chico joven con mucho carisma, por lo que la bailoterapia fue todo un éxito.
Pudimos bailar varios ritmos, y mientras el tiempo pasaba algunos se fueron yendo pues se dio muy tarde, pero para mi eso fue mejor porque así quedaba un poco más de espacio para bailar, en el gimnasio nos tenían hidratación, cambures y al finalizar le cantamos cumpleaños al instructor quien había cumplido años este mes, así que también hubo una deliciosa torta y un rico jugo de naranja.
A mi me gustó mucho y mi hija la pasl bien, tenía tiempo que no hacía bailoterapia ya que en el gym no acostumbran hacer esta actividad siempre, al parecer ahora si habrá lo que me gusta mucho pues uno se divierte y hace ejercicio al mismo tiempo, lo que más me gustó es que fue de noche y llegue a mi casa cansada y después de mi aseo y comida dormí feliz y tranquila.
