#Monomad Challenge // A Natural Environment / Un Entorno Natural

Many people around the world are dissatisfied with the environment in which they live, but in my case this is not true, as I feel very happy to live in this interesting and warm place in the Venezuelan Andes, where nature continues to be present in its most indigenous form. In the streets of my underdeveloped community, we still find large trees, dirt roads, and a lush sky, which is the perfect environment for capturing interesting and profound images that remind us of how important and generous nature can be.

Muchas personas alrededor del mundo no están conformes con el entorno en el cual viven, pero en mi caso esta no es una realidad, ya que me siento muy feliz de recibir en este interesante y caluroso lugar perteneciente a los Andes venezolanos, de qué se trata de un entorno en donde la naturaleza Sigue estando presente en su forma más autóctona, en las calles de mi poca desarrollada comunidad aún encontramos grandes árboles, caminos de tierra y un cielo exuberante, lo cual se constituye en un ambiente perfecto para capturar interesantes y profundas imágenes, las cuales nos recuerden lo importante y generosa que suele ser la naturaleza.

Although the advance of urban development is unstoppable, I believe I am still fortunate to be able to enjoy an environment that has not yet been touched by human hands, but I am also aware that at some point this landscape will change, giving way to paved streets and houses of different styles. But in the meantime, I think it is worthwhile to immerse ourselves in the abstract shapes created by the branches and leaves of the large trees, the nuances of the bark, and the irregular terrain that reflects the reality of the Andean foothills.

Si bien el avance del desarrollo urbano es indetenible, creo que sigo siendo afortunado por poder disfrutar de un entorno que aún no ha sido tocado por la mano del hombre, pero también estoy consciente de que en algún momento este paisaje cambiará, para darle paso a calles pavimentadas y casas de diferentes estilos. Pero mientras tanto, creo que es válido sumergirse en medio de las formas abstractas que nos regalan las ramas y las hojas de los grandes árboles, los matices de las cortezas y lo irregular de un terreno que refleja la realidad del pie de monte andino.

It is a place where the sun beats down fiercely, but on days like today, when the sky is cloudy and a light drizzle falls, we can enjoy an atmosphere that whispers tranquility and calm. When we simply stop to observe the grandeur of nature, we can discover that it is full of many enigmas, secrets, and surprises, where fallen trees continue to be spaces for life, investing in a dew of blessings and implementing it from the sun, transforming it into a source of energy and vitality.

Se trata de un espacio en donde el sol pega con mucha fuerza, pero que en ocasiones como está, mientras el cielo está nublado y la llovizna cae con delicadeza, podemos disfrutar de un aire que nos susurra tranquilidad y sosiego. Cuando simplemente nos detenemos a observar la grandeza de la naturaleza, podemos descubrir que esta se encuentra cargada de muchos enigmas, secretos y sorpresas, en donde los árboles caídos siguen siendo espacios para la vida, invierte en un rocío de bendiciones y lo implementa del sol se transforma en una fuente generadora de energía y vitalidad.
