--- Welcome, everyone, to a new, interesting, and dynamic initiative here in the YouHive community. En una sociedad donde todo va muy a prisa, muy rápido y donde lo que más se consume son videos cortos, rápidos para pasar a otro y así sucesivamente, sobre todo en la juventud, es bueno a veces tomar un tema y detenernos en el profundamente. No importa que tema sea, ya que todos tenemos distintos gustos e intereses. Pero hay videos que son extensos y atrayentes, donde se reflexiona y sobre todo hay charlas muy interesantes. Los hay de reflexiones, entrevistas, conversaciones de la vida coritidana, humor, relatos o historias. También los hay sobre temas de historia, temas científicos y mucho más. Lo interesante de esto es que podemos verlos cuando queramos, no tienen tiempo, o es un programa que se emite una vez y si no estamos allí nos lo perdemos. Ellos son los podcast. >Mucha gente ve podcasts, aunque hoy en día con la vida vertiginosa, es más difícil, pero como digo se pueden ver de a tramos y seguir viendo o escuchando en otro momento, eso es lo que yo hago. Cuando conocí los podcasts me parecía como si fueran un programa de radio, pero podía verlo y eso me resultaba interesante. Además al ver videos o audios largos se puede abordar los temas con profundidad y si hay un entrevistado hay tiempo para toda clase de preguntas. >En Youhive queremos darle un espacio a esos podcast que más les gusten, los que les resulten más interesantes, divertidos o educativos. Como dije hay para todos los gustos. Puede tratarse de un sólo video, una serie de videos de un tema, varios videos de varios temas o un canal que se dedique a los podcasts y traer ejemplos.

These are podcasts. >Many people watch podcasts, although nowadays with our hectic lifestyles, it is more difficult, but as I say, you can watch them in sections and continue watching or listening at another time, which is what I do. When I first discovered podcasts, they seemed like radio programs to me, but I could watch them, which I found interesting. In addition, watching long videos or listening to long audio recordings allows for in-depth coverage of topics, and if there is an interviewee, there is time for all kinds of questions. >At Youhive, we want to give space to the podcasts you like best, the ones you find most interesting, entertaining, or educational. As I said, there's something for everyone. It can be a single video, a series of videos on a topic, several videos on various topics, or a channel dedicated to podcasts and bringing examples. ---   ---

#### ***¿En qué consiste la iniciativa?*** Reseña, recomienda, comenta, da tu opinión o cuéntanos sobre uno o más videos que consistan en podcast, también puedes reseñar un canal, por ejemplo, de YouTube que se dedique a realizar podcast, no importando el tema de que se trate, ya que hay gran diversidad. Explícanos un poco porque te gusta ese tema en particular, el que has elegido, o sobre las personas que se encuentran en la charla o podcast, reflexiones que se surjan de ello, si ha impactado en tu vida o cualquier referencia a una experiencia personal con ese podcast en especial o ese canal. >Recuerda que tu experiencia o vivencia personal es la que cuenta, tus opiniones, tus puntos de vista referente al video o canal que estás reseñando.

#### ***What is the initiative about?*** Review, recommend, comment, give your opinion, or tell us about one or more videos that consist of podcasts. You can also review a channel, for example, on YouTube that is dedicated to podcasting, regardless of the topic, as there is great diversity. Tell us a little about why you like that particular topic you have chosen, or about the people featured in the talk or podcast, any reflections that arise from it, whether it has had an impact on your life, or any reference to a personal experience with that particular podcast or channel. >Remember that it is your personal experience that counts, your opinions and your views on the video or channel you are reviewing. ---   ---

#### ***Reglas de la iniciativa.*** - Seguir siempre las reglas generales de la comunidad. Si es un post escrito se requerirán para ser elegido 500 palabras por idioma y si la reseña se realiza en formato de video, 300 palabras por idioma y que sea subido a través de 3Speak. - No hacer plagio, citar siempre las fuentes y dar tu opinión o experiencia personal respecto del video o canal reseñado. - La iniciativa durará un mes desde la fecha de publicación de este post y se puede extender en caso que así se decida. - Puedes participar más de una vez, pero sólo se tendrá en cuenta una para la elección del ganador. - Se debe reseñar sólo videos subidos desde cuentas oficiales, no se aceptan cuentas con videos resubidos de otros canales y solo VIDEOS DE PODCAST. - Los ganadores de la iniciativa serán elegidos al azar por sorteo mediante AppSorteos. - Habrá tres premios para los tres ganadores: 3 Hives para el primer puesto, 2 Hives para el segundo y 1 Hive para el tercero, que serán entregados cuando se publique el post en el que se nombre a los ganadores. - Etiquetas: puedes consultar las etiquetas que se encuentran en el post de presentación y usar las más convenientes a tu publicación.
