But these kebabs are very unique and completely different in taste and quality because their size is very small compared to Shami kebabs and Chapli kebabs. You can say that the size of these kebabs is equal to a pakora. Similarly, another famous street food is samosa and this samosa is very popular in my city and all over Punjab. These two street foods are very famous in my village.
Another great thing about street food is that in my city, people who make kebabs or samosas can also make kebabs from their own meat. Suppose you want to add more meat to your kebab, whether you want to use chicken or beef, you can buy the meat yourself and give it to the street food vendor, and he will make a tastier and more quality kebab from your meat. Apart from that, since we know that the amount of meat in any food sold in street food is a little less, but if anyone wants to make a special kebab, he can also give a special order. Similarly, my friends and I have a habit of buying one or two kilos of meat and then making its mincemeat, and then we give that meat to the kebab maker, and he makes very tasty and quality kebabs from this meat. In this way, the cost is higher, but the taste and quality increase. One of them was my classmate in primary classes and the other one who is making samosas has been my classmate till class six and eight. In this way, they sell the best kebabs and samosas by working hard and laboring. I also like to eat their samosas and kebabs because the quality of their samosas and kebabs is very high. One of the most important things is that the cooking oil used to make kebabs and samosas is of high quality and standard. So I guarantee that the cooking oil used by those who used to fail in this class of mine and now make samosas is of very high quality. And they once told me that they use Kashmir or Dalda cooking oil. Kashmir and Dalda cooking oil is the best cooking oil in Pakistan. I prepare these kebabs and samosas, so whenever I go to their food shop, I always see a rush because many people dislike kebabs because the oil used in them is substandard. But since both the people selling these kebabs and samosas use standard and high-quality cooking oil, I have always seen that they have a lot of rush of kebab eaters and samosas. So you can also see in your pictures that a large number of people are buying samosas and kebabs. They always go to fairs or stalls and sell samosas and kebabs there too. And at fairs and stalls and at different places where fairs are held, these people also go there to sell samosas and kebabs, which people like very much.

If we talk about the ingredients, I asked them what ingredients they add to the kebabs, then my classmate told me that they first take meat because some people like to eat chicken and some like to eat beef kebabs. Thus, they first take some chicken and some beef. Thus, the beef is then mixed with green chillies, tomatoes, onions, black salt, black pepper, red chillies, salt and a little gram flour. These ingredients are mixed together to form the complete material of the kebabs. Then they say that we have added white cumin seeds and other spices. I asked him how he cut the ingredients and he told me that green chillies, tomatoes, onions and ginger are chopped very finely and the meat is also minced very finely. Then all these ingredients and spices are mixed together. But the minced meat is also mixed in it and then when all the ingredients are mixed, it is placed in a large pot and then freshly prepared. Whenever a customer comes to buy kabab or samosa, it is freshly prepared. I also told him that when a customer comes, you prepare it freshly prepared, but it also takes a lot of time. He said that if we prepare it in advance, the customer suspects that it is old and spoiled. That is why we do not prepare it in advance but we prepare it at the same time and give it to the shop. And if there is a large crowd or If there is a big rush, we make many and then give them to the customers at the same time.
