Today I will tell you how to roast Chargha just like the traditional Chargha restaurant food. It is very easy and you can make it right at home in your kitchen with a few ingredients and enjoy it with your family. Among the ingredients needed to make Chargha Roast, the most important ingredient is chicken. You have to cut the chicken into large pieces. If you want to cut it into small pieces, you have to prepare the small pieces in the same way as you prepare the large pieces. The only difference is whether the chicken is large or small. The difference is that when you eat it for guests or in the family, those large pieces will be large in size and the small pieces will be small in size. The ingredients are the same for all, whether you want to make Chargha Roast in large pieces or cut the chicken into small pieces. But here I have cut the chicken into large pieces and the large pieces that are made are called Chargha Roast. When you cut the chicken into small pieces and then mix the ingredients and make it, we call it Chicken Pakora, which are large pieces of chicken meat. When we roast them, We call them chicken chargha roasts. In addition, you can add handi powder or chicken curry powder or fish powder if you have it. But if you want to eat a very spicy roast, then you have to add more red chili powder. If you eat less spicy, then you have to add less spicy ingredients. It depends on you how spicy you want to eat the roast. When you add all these spices to the corn flour, Then you have to take out the chicken that you have kept in the freezer and then you have to dip each piece in the corn flour. You have to put corn flour on top of it and then you have to keep them aside while applying corn flour. When you have applied corn flour on top of all the pieces, then the next process that you have to do is that you have to light the fire and after lighting the fire, you have to put a frying pan or a large pan on it and add good quality cooking oil to it.
