If you go on a trip in this beautiful summer season, then on both sides of the road, there are shops selling famous regional drinks. In the summer season, people stop at the shops on the road to relieve the heat. Among the famous drinks, which we also call street drinks, one of the most widely consumed drinks is almond ghota. This almond ghota is the most famous ghota of Dera Ghazi Khan. Many ingredients are mixed to prepare it and milk is prepared from these ingredients. This ghota is unique in taste and gives the drinker a sense of comfort, freshness and comfort. Today, when we set out on a trip, our destination was Sargodha city, but before leaving for Sargodha city, when we reached between Dalewali and Trikhel, the heat had increased. We stopped our car on one side and stopped to drink a drink made from almonds, but the heat was very intense. I drank plain water first. And then I drank a cold glass of bitter almonds and after drinking this glass, a cool chill was created in my body.  Often, whenever I go on a trip, I try to drink Ghota Badam from a place that has good quality because some people add substandard ingredients to Ghota Badam. This syrup is prepared by mixing almonds, walnuts, pistachios, raisins, black pepper, cardamom, green cardamom and other ingredients. It takes a lot of effort to prepare this syrup, but today, the era of mechanization has come and technologies have come, so they prepare all these ingredients in a very good way. Today, this difficulty of a person to work hard to make Ghota Badam syrup has ended because all the ingredients are put inside the machine and the machine keeps grinding all these ingredients and then prepares it in the form of milk. This is a very great process, but since we had less time, I made some pictures of these beautiful moments. You can see in the pictures that this shop selling Ghota Badam syrup is located on one side of the road, but if you look around the road, it is a desert and an open field here. There is no particular settlement, but this place is far from settlement and is an open field. I have shown you in the pictures that the surrounding area is completely open, vast, but not populated because people come from far away after traveling and stop here for some time to relieve the intense heat so that they can drink this delicious Ghota almond Drink.  When we reached this shop, small children were working in this shop. I asked these children whether they were workers or owners. They said that we are the owners of this shop and we have been selling Ghota almond syrup at this place for many years and people travel specially to drink our drink. I also confirm that I have also seen this many times last year and for three or four years continuously that these same children are working here and these same children are there to sell this drink. I also told the children that they are not studying. They said that since it is summer vacation now, when the school holidays are over, we go to this area with our parents to sell this drink and when the summer holidays are over, we go back to school. I also paid tribute to them that these children are earning a living by starting jobs along with their studies, but some of the children had a very tired look on their faces. I asked them, are you tired? They said that in the morning, passenger vehicles stop by us and the passengers drink this drink. Similarly, we have given many people drinks till now and now it is one o'clock in the day so we are very tired. They were right because their faces were showing fatigue. So I told them that you guys should sit down quietly and we will drink this drink quietly. So these beautiful things and conversations continued with these children and I also took some selfies with these children and I took their permission to post these selfies on my blog. So they told me that I had taken pictures with them before last year so I was very happy to hear this.  Summer is an evergreen season. In terms of drinks, lemon juice, refreshing banana milkshake, apple juice, apple milkshake, yogurt drinks, and dry fruit drinks. All these drinks are the adornment of summer. Everyone likes to drink a drink of their choice and in this way this process continues until the end of summer. But as I have written above, my favorite drink, the most favorite of which is almond ghota, which I am mentioning, is also tamarind and aloe vera syrup. I will tell you about tamarind and aloe vera syrup in my next article and show you, but I want to write here that you should drink as many drinks as possible in summer because they cool our body, remove the lack of water in our body, provide us with strength, protect the stomach from heat, and also protect us from heat stroke. If we do not consume drinks, we will become dehydrated in summer. In our body and thus we can suffer from many problems, but we should drink only those drinks that are of good quality. Always pay attention to this whenever you go to any street shop, it is very important that the glasses and utensils are clean before drinking a drink. Secondly, you must use a straw because a straw protects you from many diseases. So, in this way, I try in every way to eat food and drink drinks from such a place that is of good quality and has been doing this for many years.   Let me tell you another very interesting thing. The street shops of Ghota, Badam, Tamarind and Aloo Bukhara or beverages are mostly shifted to the main road in summer and the places where these beverage shops are opened are deserted places or are far away from the settlements because when passenger vehicles are returning after traveling a long distance, then the passengers mostly want to drink water. In this way, passenger vehicles travel a long distance and brake at these places and then the passengers rest for some time, relieve fatigue and at the same time drink delicious beverages from here. But I would like to say one thing here that some drivers of passenger vehicles sell beverages at very expensive prices because they are in contact with these shopkeepers and these shopkeepers charge more than the passengers. Therefore, it is also necessary that the driver of the vehicle should brake at such places where water is available for the passengers to drink and the beverages are not too expensive because when expensive beverages When buying rides, it has also been heard that the driver also takes a commission from the shopkeeper, so this behavior is completely inappropriate.
