Hola, amigos de esta gran comunidad Hive!. Espero que todos estén muy bien. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una interpretación que me llena de emoción y orgullo. Se trata de uno de mis temas favoritos en el arpa: “Aquel”, con letra y música del maestro José Manuel Falcón, y que fue grabado por el inolvidable Simón Díaz, una de las voces más queridas de nuestra música venezolana tiene una belleza única, tanto en su letra como en su melodía. En esta ocasión lo estoy interpretando en el tono de Re Mayor, que es el tono en el que más me siento cómoda al tocar. Me permite expresar con mayor libertad c Desde la primera nota, siento cómo se conecta con mi alma y me lleva a esos paisajes llaneros que tanto amo. Tocar “Aquel” es para mí una forma de rendir homenaje a nuestras raíces, a los grandes compositores que han dejado huella en nuestra cultura, y también a todos los que valoran la música tradicional venezolana. Cada vez que comparto una interpretación como esta, lo hago con el corazón abierto, con la esperanza de que llegue a ustedes con la misma emoción con la que fue tocada. Hello, friends of this great Hive community! I hope you are all doing well. Today I want to share with you a performance that fills me with emotion and pride. It is one of my favorite pieces for the harp: “Aquel,” with lyrics and music by the maestro José Manuel Falcón, and recorded by the unforgettable Simón Díaz, one of the most beloved voices of Venezuelan music. It has a unique beauty, both in its lyrics and its melody.

On this occasion, I am performing it in the key of D major, which is the key I feel most comfortable playing in. It allows me to express myself more freely. From the very first note, I feel how it connects with my soul and takes me to those plains landscapes that I love so much. Playing “Aquel” is a way for me to pay tribute to our roots, to the great composers who have left their mark on our culture, and also to all those who value traditional Venezuelan music.

Every time I share a performance like this, I do so with an open heart, hoping that it reaches you with the same emotion with which it was played.
