Así que el día hoy calenté unas deliciosas hallacas que tenía guardada en el congelador desde diciembre... Si así como lo lees, desde diciembre...
Es que como dice mi mamá el que guarda siempre tiene y estás hallacas las tenía yo bien guardada 😂 y reservadas; yo soy una amante de las hallacas me encantan y es una de las comidas que más disfruto en los tiempos decembrinos, siempre me lleva a mis recuerdos más hermosos de mi niñez donde mi mamá preparaba esas cantidades de guisos y preparaba montones de hallacas...
Para los que no saben la hallaca es una comida típica venezolana que generalmente se prepara en para los tiempos decembrinos se hace a base de maíz con relleno de un guiso que se hace con cerdo carne y gallina, además se le coloca aceitunas, pasas, cebolla entre otras cosas; algo similar a un tamal..
Así que este fue mi almuerzo de hoy, solo las calente y estaba tan deliciosas como hace unos meses... Las acompañé con unos pastelitos que me sobraron de la cena de ayer y listo...
