Siempre estoy inventadone meriendas para mis niños porque ellos se aburren con facilidad y ya están en el punto en que no quieren galletas o cereal, así que trato de darle frutas, torticas que hago en el microondas o algun helado de frutas que me invento... Ayer hice unas panquecas para el desayuno y como siempre realizó suficiente mezcla, me sobraron algunos waffles y como aquí no se pierde ni botamos comida; hoy me inventé esta merienda...
Tome los waffles que me sobraron que fueron 4 rebanadas, las calente en el microondas (también pueden usar el air fryer) y busque chocolate de cobertura (justo el que uso para mí donitas) derreti y con una cuchara coloque por encima del waflle y antes de que enfriara le coloque chispas de colores para darle un toque crunchi y así quedó lista la merienda...
Sino tienes chispas puedes colocar lluvia de chocolate, frutas, maní o algún fruto seco y sino tienen chocolate para derretir o untar pueden usar azúcar pulverizada, todo queda a nuestro ingenio y claro está lo que tengan en casa...
Cabe destacan que mis hijos acompañaron sus waffles con un trozo de quesillo. Está fue una super merienda para ellos ❤️
