Nowadays there are more female workers than male workers

Hello

How are you

Men and women are interdependent living creatures, and both sexes have unique qualities, both in terms of physical appearance, mind, and strength. In Indonesia, there have long been female fighters, such as Cut Nyak Dhien, a fighter from Aceh. From this, it is clear that there is no gap between men and women. Furthermore, a woman's rights activist, known as Kartini, was born, who fought for women's rights to eliminate oppression and achieve equality between men and women. ![man-2660414_1280.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmdmcyCbhovvcQEA57EtasoMjV91L6VyyS1ofpd1ddDiEh/man-2660414_1280.jpg) [Source](https://pixabay.com/id/photos/pria-wanita-kesetaraan-maskulin-2660414/) If we look back further, before civilization, women were considered slaves and outlets for men's desires. At that time, the birth of a girl was a shameful and embarrassing disgrace. Oppression of the weak was commonplace, and there were no human rights; the strong ruled. In Islamic history, after the birth of the last prophet, Muhammad (peace be upon him), women's status was elevated to the highest. High in the sense that women are honorable, women do not deserve to be hurt, do not deserve to work hard, and women only beautify themselves for their husbands and serve them without having to work hard. Women have a high status in Islam, but they cannot surpass men. There are several obligations for women in Islam, including obedience to their husbands. To this day, Islam highly upholds women's dignity, as commanded in the Quran. Women are expected to stay at home to beautify themselves for their husbands and serve them, obey their husband's commands, not leave the house without his permission, and are prohibited from allowing other men to enter the house except their mahrams. However, in today's modern era, women have made sacrifices for themselves, but this does not diminish their nature as women. In Indonesia, many women work in both government and private sectors, but they have permission from their guardians or their husbands to work. However, their obligations to their husbands are not abrogated just because they can work outside the home. They are still obliged to obey their husbands and maintain their honor. I can feel this loyalty in Indonesia right now, and it seems as though almost every field of work, even everywhere, has been taken over by women. For example, many hospitals employ women, while many teaching schools employ women. Other government offices also employ women, and private companies also employ many women. So, my question is, where are the men? Perhaps the world has turned upside down, with women working while men relax at home. I've heard that only a few Islamic countries still highly value women and prohibit them from working. One such country is Saudi Arabia. There are no female employees in offices, and in other places, women are highly valued. They just stay at home beautifying themselves and obeying their husbands. There, there is no equality between men and women. ![couple-6931965_1280.webp](https://images.hive.blog/DQmSNtdQGwcS8yjxRFgT5d31aJFsyrFC17KXUiFjF2poNmY/couple-6931965_1280.webp) [Source](https://pixabay.com/id/illustrations/pasangan-muslim-jilbab-berdoa-6931965/) Personally, I also practice something similar. I don't allow my wife to work outside, even if it's to help the family financially. I follow the Sunnah and Islamic commands. I highly value my wife, my mother, and other women. I ask my wife to stay home and relax. If she wants to leave the house, she must ask my permission. She never allows other men to enter the house. She also always maintains her honor, and I am the breadwinner.
