**Hola hivers ✨ bienvenidos a mi blog, un gusto saludarlos nuevamente espero se encuentren bien.** Estos días he tenido el privilegio de que mi papá no cocine en casa así que como he estado ocupada no he pasado mucho tiempo en la cocina pero hoy me tocó hacer el desayuno y preparé unos ricos huevos revueltos con salchicha y otros ingredientes, me encanta desayunar con arepas y relleno de huevos con vegetales y un café de acompañante la verdad es un desayuno muy rico y completo. Para los huevos lo primero que hice fué cortar los vegetales, cebolla, tomate y pimentón rojo,los lavé y pique en cuadritos muy pequeños, las salchichas las pique en rodajas y ya teniendo todo estos listo en un sartén con un poco de aceite comencé a sofreír los vegetales con las salchichas, cuando estuvieron doraditos le coloqué los huevos directamente, también los podemos colocar en un envase y batirlos pero a mí me gusta colocarlos directamente al sartén y revolverlo con los vegetales sofritos, y después de unos segundos en el fuego y revolviendo todo ya tenemos listo los huevos con salchicha, listos para servir, los acompañé con arepa asada y bueno provecho! **Espero te haya gustado este post, sí llegaste hasta aquí gracias por estar y visitar mi blog ❤️ nos vemos pronto.**
