_Hola querida comunidad de @holos-lotus, bendiciones para todos hoy nuevamente con todos ustedes y me uno a la iniciativa traída por la comunidad de @holos-lotus donde nos pide que hablemos de la paz que tanto necesitamos, teniendo en cuenta que el mundo cada día se ha transformado en en sin fin de odio de maldad y sin compasión por el projimo. Hoy haremos honor a quien honor merece, **la paz** haremos un llamado a todos a tomar conciencia, en unirnos más como hermanos para alcanzar nuestro bienestar tanto emocional como espiritual haremos que esta iniciativa nos ayude a crecer como seres humanos aportando un granito de arena por ese llamado que a gritos lo pedimos._

_Hello dear @holos-lotus community, blessings to all of you again today. I join the initiative brought by the @holos-lotus community, which asks us to talk about the peace we so desperately need, considering that the world has become filled with endless hatred, evil, and a lack of compassion for our neighbors. Today we will honor those who deserve honor, **peace**. We will call on everyone to become aware, to unite more as brothers and sisters to achieve our emotional and spiritual well-being. We will make this initiative help us grow as human beings, contributing our grain of sand to that call that we cry out for._
### _Cómo cultivo mi paz en mi día a día?_ 
_Creo que todos debemos aportar mucho por lograr conseguir nuestra paz personal yo he adoptado una buena manera de ajustarme a esa paz que necesitamos hoy soy más valor a las personas, trato de no enfocarme en las redes sociales ya que ellas nos conectan con cosas que no deseamos y nos llevan a pensar de diferentes maneras, es decir me desvinculo y busco mi paz en un habitual descanso relajándome tratándome reglas para que mis pensamientos no se apoderen de mi y me lleven a un descontrol total de mis actitudes por otro lado bueno aco mi paz interior concentrándome en lo usual._
_I believe that we all have a lot to contribute to achieving our personal peace. I have adopted a good way of adjusting to the peace we need today. I value people more, I try not to focus on social media, as it connects us to things we don't want and leads us to think in different ways. In other words, I disconnect and seek my peace in a regular rest, relaxing and treating myself with rules so that my thoughts do not take over and lead me to a total lack of control over my attitudes. On the other hand, I embrace my inner peace by focusing on the usual._
 
_Hoy en día las personas han olvidado el significado de la palabra **paz** y se han centrado en destruir, acabando con lo más preciado del ser humano la tranquilidad espieitual de cada uien, no debemos ser objetos para la violencia tenemos que ser un poco más empáticos y socializar on las personas usando frases gratis, recordemos que con la misma vara que midas, serás medido no veo la razón de tratarnos como si no nos importara la paz de los demás, si nos educaran a más seríamos mejores personas y actualizamos de diferente manera, otra manera de hallar nuestra paz es manteniendo nuestro cuerpo en un constante movimiento porque nos ayuda a olvidar lo que nos puede hacer daño._
_Contamos con todos los recursos para hacer que nuestra paz sea placentera, sin preocupación hoy en día vivimos alterados y muchos buscamos esa paz en otras cosas, olvidamos que nuestra mente nos juega malos ratos entonces creo que la paz llega a nosotros con ayuda de los s factores que fundamentan nuestra tranquilidad, el amor l prójimo, ser cordial con todos, hacer el bien, perdonar, todos estos factores nos benefician de gran manera reflexionemos y actuemos ahora mostrando gratitud cada día a los demás._
