Miku is a virtual anime singer from Japan. Her producer, DECO*27, recently released a new song with a music video,Monitoring (Best Friend Remix) feat. Hatsune Miku. I drew this piece based on her look from that video.
I spent quite a bit of time on this artwork because I struggled with the lighting and colors. Luckily, I had some art tutorials in my folder to revisit and learn from. I managed to sort out some of the major issues in this painting, though I know I still have more to improve 😫. Overall, it was really good practice!
