Fraternal detail

Hello, friends of this wonderful community.

You may be wondering what this craft I'm sharing with you is. Well, it's the logo of The Daughters of the Acacia, a women's fraternity that belongs to the Masonic Lodge.

My husband is a Mason, and I belong to another women's fraternity called Chamber of Ruth, which is the women's fraternity of the United Odd Fellows.

We are dedicated to helping without intervening or arguing about politics or religion. We only help and support those who need us, whether fraternal or not.

Well, getting into the subject of the craft. The Daughters of Acacia will soon have an important session with all the Gentle Mentors across the country, and they asked me to make the logo to give as a gift at this meeting.

Since I like to feel useful, I immediately agreed. I'll tell you how.

Materials

Green, blue, and white smoke Yellow, green, and black acrylic paint or markers Glue Scissors Cardstock

Step by step

Make a pattern of a circle with a smaller circle, like the one we see in the image.

Mark the pattern on the green fuami.

Cut out the fuami and glue it onto cardboard.

Then we cut the inner circle out of white foam.

We place it inside the green circle.

Then we cut a blue triangle and arrange it so it's balanced.

With yellow paint, we paint 3 little flowers in the white center. Links on the triangle and Xs on the blue circle.

Next, we move on to the details, using black to define the lines and green for the branches. In black, we write the words Peace, Love, and Charity.

Finally, we apply double-sided tape to hang it on the door.

It would look like this. I can't post it, but they look beautiful.

I hope you liked it and that the sisters like it too when they get them.

A hug, and see you in the next post.

The published text is original, and the images are my property
