So I have missed a couple phase outs from Index to Codex, but no matter! I shall forge on!
The only Index army that I have not yet reviewed and has not yet been replaced by a Codex are the Drukhari - the Dark Eldar.
They have 24 Datasheets of which I have already done 4 of... so that is 20 Datasheets to review, plus a Faction rule and 3 Detachment rules.
So that is 24 posts after all...
The plan is then to work through the Codexes from the oldest to the youngest, since the oldest are the ones likely to be revised and eventually replaced.
An interesting thing that has happened in this edition is that certain units have received significant updates after the Codex release. So the physical book might be outdated while the in-app version has different rules.
This is something centered around a reboot of a character or even a core unit like Space Marine Intercessors.
So the sequence of reviews will be as follows: - Codex Tyranids - Codex Space Marines - Codex Necrons - Codex Adeptus Mechanicus - Codex Dark Angels - Codex Orks - Codex Adeptus Custodes - Codex T'au Empire - Codex Chaos Space Marines - Codex Sisters of Battle - Codex Genestealer Cults - Codex Imperial Agents - Codex Blood Angels - Codex Astra Militarum - Codex Aeldari - Codex Emperor's Children - Codex Thousand Sons - Codex World Eaters - Codex Space Wolves - Codex Chaos Knights - Codex Grey Knights - Codex Black Templars - Codex Leagues of Votann - Codex Imperial Knights - (By this time Codex Drukhari and whatever other Codexes come out)
And that is the plan!
