This is the one that you have to be afraid of! Don't get it mixed up with a Cronos!
Hello everyone! Zak Ludick here from Cape Town, South Africa and this is a Warhammer 40k - Datasheet Review post! I have recently needed to take a new direction. All the details about that is found Here - The Great 40k Review Plan
This is not to just regurgitating the stats and skills. I provide my own assessment of what I think of the unit and its capabilities. Often... about how to use them best... or how to kill them best!
Hobby Fund - Working myself into the clear
With my hobby posts, I generate a hobby fund. 50% of the income goes into the fund. At the moment I put all my HBD earned from Warhammer posts into my alt account @zakl.hobbyfund.
I am collecting funds in the following ways: - Blogging about Warhammer to earn HBD - Accepting donations - Can be sent directly to @zakl.hobbyfund in HBD - Selling some of the collection to friends.
I will do a new estimation of what I owe soon!

Drukhari, Talos

While the Cronos is the pain engine that feeds off pain to give back to the Drukhari army, the Talos is equipped with more lethal weapons and uses the pain to empower itself.

Pain Engine
If this unit destroys an enemy unit, until the end of the Battle it is Empowered.
Thoughts
Its ability to become Empoered for the rest of the game is very strong. Even more so when you have two engines in one unit.
They can be equipped in many flavours, the scariest for a tank/vehicle army wound be: Talos Gauntlet, Talos Ichor Injector and Twin Heat Lance
Against a Horde army it would be: Chain-Flails, Twin Liquifier Gun, Stinger Pod
But there are many options to mix and match.
Its a light toughness for a monster but it has Feel No Pain so I would not underestimate them.
Thank you for reading!
