HELLO 👋 and Welcome to My Blog...
I have always admired the vocation of a profession and that is to be an educator, especially in primary school. If it is difficult for a mother to raise, educate and supervise a single child, imagine living together or rather caring for and educating 20 children at the same time of the same ages. and with different upbringings, it's really not easy. That's why I always say for education you have to have a vocation...
I tell you these things because today I had a meeting at the school where my son Rodrigo studies, I arrived a little early, when I arrived there was a boy hiding behind my son's backpack looking through his things, I was watching him until he noticed that I saw him and He stopped doing it, most of the children were writing and I asked my son why he wasn't doing his homework and he told me that he had lost his pencil and eraser. Every morning I fix his bag with his things. and almost He always lacks a pencil and eraser, I'm not going to tell you that that doesn't bother me a little but seeing what happened today I know that it is not the teacher's fault because our children's education is 70% home and 30% school, then I sat far from the classroom door, from where I was I could see my son's seat and I observed what the children were doing, there was a girl who since I arrived never sat down bothering the children who were doing their homework , my son took out his snack which was 1 banana and 5 mini cookies, when I sat down to eat immediately the boy behind him asked for a cookie, he gave it to him, another girl approached him and also asked for it and he obviously gave it to her, there was another child tried to ask him too and since he saw me from a distance he didn't approach him, so my son starts eating super fast because they don't let him enjoy his snack, I don't have any problems with my son sharing either, but this is the second time that I witnessed something like this and the first time it was worse because the child's father was behind us and at no time did he say anything to him, what I'm saying is if that's how it is when I see him, imagine when he's alone, sometimes I think that he gives away all the snacks, we all do the We make an effort to ensure that our children have what they need, but there are too many "fathers, mothers, representatives" who are not even aware of their responsibility. I know that children are unpredictable but that is why we are here to teach them how things should be.
I'm not going to tell you that I am the perfect mother, but I take care of my children and I taught them that you don't touch other people's things and that it is bad to ask, among other important values because it is our job as parents, I have also realized that as As time passes, the generations that come in terms of upbringing and education are more difficult and further away from being respectful.
May God help us at all times to do what we can while we can for our children.
