🔍 Observations:
- My income remains strong and stable, which helps fuel future growth.
- Population continues to fluctuate, especially after selling off students earlier this month.
- Education has become a consistent source of ranking rewards, one of my strongest areas right now.
- Creativity remains untouched — maybe time to invest in artists or cultural buildings to activate it?
