Hola, amigos de esta gran plataforma de Hive. Hoy quiero compartirles un dibujo que realicé inspirado en una temática propuesta por la comunidad de @alienarthive. La dinámica consiste en crear arte relacionado con el concepto de espíritu, y este 1 de octubre quise inaugurar el mes con mi primera obra dentro de esta propuesta que me parece muy interesante. Me resulta muy divertido ver cómo distintas personas expresan, a su manera y según su personalidad, un mismo tema. Al hacerlo, no solo conocemos su arte, sino también una parte de ellos mismos.
En mi caso, decidí trabajar con una interpretación un poco más libre. Para mí, la palabra espíritu está muy ligada a la idea de libertad, pero también a un matiz sombrío. El espíritu es un misterio y cada artista puede expresarlo como lo sienta, porque está completamente abierto a la imaginación.
Mi dibujo representa a una chica de estética gótica, cubierta únicamente por sombras negras que forman parte de su esencia. Estas sombras son como los demonios internos que atormentan a una persona, o en mi interpretación, los pecados más grandes que alguien pueda cargar. Esos pecados que nos acompañan siempre, hasta el final. Quise resaltar esa sensación en esta imagen.
La realicé sin rostro, representado únicamente por la oscuridad, porque para mí el espíritu puede adoptar cualquier forma que considere adecuada.
Este trabajo tiene una temática oscura, en la que traté de unir el concepto de espíritu con mi estilo personal: el arte sombrío. Me atraen mucho temas como ángeles, demonios, deidades y aquellas figuras que muchos consideran extrañas. Mi intención fue combinar todo eso con la propuesta de la comunidad, y este fue el resultado que quiero compartir con ustedes.

Hello, friends of this great Hive platform. Today I want to share a drawing I created, inspired by a theme proposed by the @alienarthive community. The challenge is to produce art based on the concept of spirit, and on this October 1st, I wanted to start the month with my first piece for this initiative, which I find very interesting. I think it’s fascinating to see how different people express a single theme according to their own style and personality. Through this, we not only appreciate their art but also get to know a part of who they are.
In my case, I chose to take a freer approach. For me, the word spirit is closely linked to the idea of freedom, but also carries a darker tone. The spirit itself is a mystery, and each artist can express it in the way they feel, since it belongs entirely to the realm of imagination.
My drawing portrays a gothic-style girl, covered only by black shadows that are part of her being. These shadows symbolize the inner demons that torment us, or in my interpretation, the greatest sins one may carry—those that remain with us until the very end. That is what I wanted to highlight in this piece.
I also chose to leave her faceless, with nothing but darkness instead, because to me, the spirit could take any form it deems fitting.
This artwork embraces a dark theme, where I sought to merge the concept of spirit with my personal style: dark art. I’ve always been drawn to themes such as angels, demons, deities, and all those elements people often see as strange. My goal was to blend these interests with the community’s theme, and this drawing is the result I present to you.
