Hola, ¿cómo están amigos de esta bella comunidad? 🌸 Hoy quiero contarles la gran experiencia que fue para mí ver Las Guerreras del K-Pop.
Ayer decidí darle una oportunidad a esta película porque me llamó mucho la atención la idea de que unas chicas combatieran demonios usando la música como su arma. Eso me pareció muy intrigante y me dio curiosidad por descubrir de qué trataba realmente.
Al principio la película se me hizo un poco rara, porque la verdad no soy de ver películas ni series que giren tanto en torno al canto y al baile como lo hace el K-Pop. Sin embargo, seguí viéndola y poco a poco fui entendiendo el trasfondo: para ellas, la música no es solo entretenimiento, sino una forma de liberación y de conexión entre las personas. Y eso, visualmente y en la historia, resulta algo muy bonito de ver.
No les voy a mentir: al inicio me aburrí un poco y hasta pensé en quitarla para poner otra cosa. Pero la intriga de saber qué pasaba después pudo más, así que continué. En una de esas, cuando iba por la mitad, un amigo vio lo que estaba mirando y me soltó un comentario desubicado: que si yo era gay por ver “ese tipo” de películas. 🙄 Me reí incómodamente y la quité por un rato, pero después reflexioné: ¿cómo un simple comentario puede desviarte de lo que realmente quieres hacer? Y me di cuenta de que no debía dejarme llevar por esas palabras. Así que volví a ponerla desde donde me había quedado, pero esta vez con la decisión de terminarla.
La película, al avanzar, me terminó sorprendiendo bastante. Tiene acción, emoción, un toque de comedia y hasta algo de romance. La protagonista principal es Rumi, una joven que, a través de la música, enfrenta sus miedos, sus inseguridades y aprende poco a poco a aceptarse a sí misma. Su relación con un chico que resulta ser un demonio le muestra que ella no es un error, sino alguien con un propósito y un poder especial dentro de sí.
Mientras veía la película, recordé una historia que había escuchado sobre Satanás, al que muchos llaman demonio: que antes de caer era el músico del cielo, y que incluso tras ser expulsado siguió siendo músico en la tierra. Esto me hizo pensar en lo poderosa que es la música: puede elevarte, inspirarte o hundirte en la tristeza más profunda. Y esa misma idea la vi reflejada en la película, donde la música no solo es espectáculo, sino un arma capaz de cambiar realidades y mover emociones.
Al final entendí que esta película es mucho más de lo que parece. Nos habla de la importancia de aceptarnos, de no dejar que el pasado defina nuestro futuro, y de cómo la música puede ser un puente hacia la esperanza.
Y algo más: ver películas como esta no te hace menos hombre, como muchos piensan. Ese prejuicio de que ciertos contenidos son “solo para mujeres” nos impide disfrutarlos de verdad. Yo soy Alejandro, un hombre de pies a cabeza, y no hay nada de malo en disfrutar una historia distinta, llena de mensajes positivos y emociones. La verdad, me alegra haberla visto.

Yesterday, I decided to give this movie a try because the idea of young girls fighting demons through music really caught my attention. It sounded so intriguing that I just had to find out what it was about.
At first, the movie felt a little strange to me since I’m not usually into films or shows centered around singing and dancing, like K-Pop. However, as I kept watching, I began to understand the deeper meaning behind it: for them, music isn’t just entertainment—it’s a way of liberation and a connection between people. That made the story visually and emotionally beautiful to experience.
I won’t lie: in the beginning I got a bit bored and even thought about turning it off to watch something else. But my curiosity wouldn’t let me, so I continued. At one point, halfway through the movie, a friend of mine saw what I was watching and made an inappropriate comment, asking if I was gay for watching “that kind” of film. 🙄 I laughed awkwardly and turned it off for a while. But later I realized how a simple comment can throw you off from what you actually want to do. I understood that I shouldn’t let myself be influenced like that. So I went back to where I had left off—this time determined to finish it.
As the movie went on, it really surprised me. It has action, excitement, comedy, and even a touch of romance. The main character is Rumi, a young girl who, through music, faces her fears and insecurities while slowly learning to accept herself. Her relationship with a boy who turns out to be a demon teaches her that she is not a mistake, but someone with a unique purpose and special strength inside.
While watching, I remembered a story I once heard about Satan—known as a demon—who was said to be the musician of heaven before his fall, and even after being expelled, he continued to be a musician on earth. This made me reflect on how powerful music really is: it can lift us up, inspire us, or drag us into sadness. That same idea is reflected in the movie, where music is not just a performance but a weapon capable of changing realities and moving emotions.
In the end, I realized this film is much more than it seems. It’s about the importance of accepting ourselves, not letting the past define our future, and understanding how music can be a bridge to hope.
And one more thing: watching movies like this does not make you any less of a man, contrary to what many people think. That prejudice—that certain content is “only for women”—often keeps us from truly appreciating it. I’m Alejandro, a man through and through, and there’s nothing wrong with enjoying a different kind of story filled with positive messages and emotions. Honestly, I’m glad I watched it.
