¡Hey! ¿Cómo están, amigos de Hive Run? Espero que todos estén muy bien. En el día de hoy compartiré mi primera carrera del mes de octubre que realicé, además ha empezado un nuevo reto llamado "Winter ARC" en otras palabras "Arco Invernal" es un reto que todos los años se populariza en las redes sociales como tiktok, Instagram y Facebook. Empieza el 1 de octubre y termina el 1 de enero. El principal objetivo de este reto es impulsar a las personas a crear disciplina, alcanzando su mejor versión física y mentalmente.

In other words, ‘Winter Arc’ is a challenge that becomes popular every year on social media such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. It starts on 1 October and ends on 1 January. The main objective of this challenge is to encourage people to develop discipline and achieve their best physical and mental condition.

Este reto me impulsa más cada año, en el día de ayer me lo tomé como impulso para empezar mi carrera con la mejor motivación posible. La ruta que tenía en mente, era de casi 7 km corriendo. Ya llevaba varias semanas en 5 km, así que es momento de cambiar la costumbre. Lo hice entre zona 2 y zona 3. Haciendo un mayor esfuerzo en cualquier tramo para luego volver al ritmo suave. Poniendo a prueba mi resistencia, había momentos en que pensaba parar a tomar aire; sin embargo, recordé que la mente se rinde primero.
This challenge motivates me more every year. Yesterday, I used it as motivation to start my run with the best possible attitude. The route I had in mind was almost 7 km of running. I had been running 5 km for several weeks, so it was time to change my routine. I did it between zone 2 and zone 3, pushing myself harder on each stretch and then returning to a gentle pace. Testing my endurance, there were moments when I thought about stopping to catch my breath, but I remembered that the mind gives up first.

Así que convencí a mi mente que sí podía lograrlo. Cuando llegué al centro comercial Parque Aragua, estaba contento porque cada vez estoy llegando más lejos, mis piernas y pantorrillas aguantan más corriendo, esto es muy positivo. La respiración ha mejorado, eso era algo que tenía debilidad, me estresaba por no poder controlar mi respiración en varias carreras, lo cual me hacía parar totalmente para luego seguir.
So I convinced myself that I could do it. When I arrived at the Parque Aragua shopping centre, I was happy because I am getting further and further, my legs and calves can run for longer, which is very positive. My breathing has improved, which was something I was weak at. I used to get stressed because I couldn't control my breathing during several races, which made me stop completely and then start again.

Actualmente puedo respirar mejor. Aunque en día de hoy, reconozco que parar mientras corres, no es malo, no importa que tan rápido o lento lo hagas, lo importante es cumplir tu día como atleta del running. I can breathe better now.
