En el día de ayer, 2 de septiembre del 2025, tuve la oportunidad de estar presente con los líderes principales de mi comunidad en una entrevista del canal regional TVS. Agradecido con la invitación de Manuel Ramos y Marleny Suárez por la oportunidad. No esperaba tan pronto tener que hablar al público. Además, mi persona y mi compañero José hicimos una demostración de los elementos de la calistenia.

Yesterday, September 2, 2025, I had the opportunity to be present with the main leaders of my community in an interview with the regional channel TVS. Grateful to the invitation of Manuel Ramos and Marleny Suarez for the opportunity. I did not expect to have to speak to the public so soon. Por un momento sentí nervios, debido a que es mi primera vez estando en vivo en la televisión. Sin embargo, mantuve la mente tranquila, solo imaginé que estaba en un entrenamiento normal. Estaba nosotros y otros programas como recetas para la cocina, temas virales sobre el Internet, etc. La comunidad ha hecho un buen trabajo para divulgar este deporte. Una de las preguntas que me hicieron en el programa era de cómo comencé en este deporte. Comencé principalmente por el físico, pero a medida que pasó el tiempo encontré una familia y el deporte se extendía más de lo que yo pensaba.
For a moment I felt nervous, because it's my first time being live on TV. However, I kept my mind calm, I just imagined that I was in a normal training. There was us and other programmes such as recipes for the kitchen, viral topics on the Internet, etc. The community has done a good job in spreading the word about the sport. One of the questions I was asked on the show was how I got started in the sport. I started mainly for the physique, but as time went on I found a family and the sport spread more than I thought it would.
