¡Un cordial saludo a toda la comunidad de Hive y Street Workout! Espero que todos estén muy bien, chicos. Antes de la 4.ª edición de la Street Workout Duals Battles, estuve ayudando a mi compañero @joscar-sw con la limpieza de las barras. Teníamos que limpiarlas y pintarlas. El pasado 31 julio, el CEO @manuelramos me comunicó si tenía disponibilidad de ayudar a joscar en el depósito con las barras. A lo que le comenté que sí, además como yo era un atleta que iba a competir, esa semana no tenía que entrenar ni cansarme con los estáticos, podía hacer cualquier otra cosa pero no entrenar.

Warm greetings to the whole Hive and Street Workout community! I hope everyone is doing great, guys. Before the 4th edition of the Street Workout Duals Battles, I was helping my partner @joscar-sw with the cleaning of the bars. We had to clean and paint them. On 31 July, the CEO @manuelramos asked me if I was available to help joscar in the warehouse with the bars. To which I said yes, besides, as I was an athlete who was going to compete, that week I didn't have to train or get tired with the static, I could do anything else but not train.

En la mañana estuve hablando con joscar, me recomendó que usará ropa que, en dado caso, se llega a dañar, que sea vieja o no la use mucho. Utilicé una ropa que utilizo en estos casos, con el fin de no dañar la ropa que esté en buen estado. Alrededor de las 2 pm, joscar me vino a buscar para empezar con lo que teníamos que hacer. Nos dividimos el trabajo en dos partes. Él se encargaba de pintar las barras, mientras que yo me encargaba de quitar las pegatinas y lijar las barras.

In the morning I was talking to joscar, he recommended that I wear clothes that, in case they get damaged, are old or that I don't wear them much. I wore clothes that I use in these cases, in order not to damage the clothes that are in good condition. Around 2 pm, joscar came to pick me up to start what we had to do. We divided the work into two parts. He was in charge of painting the bars, while I was in charge of removing the stickers and sanding the bars.

Empecé a quitar poco a poco. Al principio no entendía muy bien cómo quitarlas rápido. Mientras pasaban los minutos, comencé a agarrar el ritmo para poder terminar todo a tiempo. Yo pensé que no terminaríamos todo ese día, pero hicimos todo lo posible. ¡Fue un buen trabajo en equipo!

I started to remove them little by little. At first I didn't quite understand how to remove them quickly. As the minutes went by, I started to pick up the pace so that I could finish everything on time. I thought we wouldn't finish everything that day, but we did our best. It was good teamwork!
