En todo trabajo siempre han estado estas dos figuras los jefes y los empleados.
Yo siempre fui la empleada por 25 años como maestra, tuve diferentes jefes, de cada uno tuve una enseñanza distinta, ninguno fue digamos el ogro, porque así lo ven otros como el malo cuando se les llama la atención por algo, pero si no estas haciendo las cosas como deben ser que esperan que los premien tampoco así es la cosa.
Un jefe debe ser digamos una persona neutral, que sepa dirigir que no es lo mismo que mandar, esta entre adultos, uno puede mandar a los hijos, pero no a una persona adulta aquí se debe dialogar.
Ejemplo en las escuelas, los directores que son los jefes inmediatos a veces si no son del grupo de los docentes bochincheros entonces no lo quieren. Yo trabaje en 5 instituciones diferentes: preescolar, básica, liceo nocturno, centro de capacitación, en total 8 jefes y de ninguno puedo decir algo mal de ello, porque para mi hicieron bien su gestión, que a otros se que no, porque le llamaban la atención, pero es que el empleado en este caso el maestro sabe que tiene normas y reglas que cumplir, porque esperar a que te digan algo que sabes debes hacer, como por ejemplo: los lunes debes dejar la libreta de planificación en la dirección, quien no cumplía tenia una amonestación, es como cuando eres maestro y los alumnos no traen las tareas lo regañan, así mismo pasa, con el maestro que no entrega la planificación.
Ser jefe no es nada fácil cuando el grupo que debe digamos liderar es fuerte no son fáciles, pero cuando el cargo de director de una escuela esta vacante, se necesita ninguno de los docentes quiere asumir, pero no dejan que venga otro de afuera, porque piensan que los van a poner a trabajar duro, pero quien no la debe no tiene porque temer.
Los jefes a veces deben trabajar hasta horas extras, en vacaciones les llaman, deja de pasar mas tiempo con su familia, debe estar en muchas partes que casi al mismo tiempo y sino tiene carro debe ingeniárselas como, pero debe cumplir.
Mientras que el empleado sabe cual es su horario de trabajo: de lunes a viernes, de un solo turno, fines de semana libre, días feriados libres y sin embargo así muchos se quejan.
Yo nunca tuve digamos aspiraciones de ser jefe o directora de la escuela aunque tuviera los méritos para serlo, ademas de los años de servicio, mas que otros en la escuela, pero yo siempre decía que me quería jubilar como maestra es decir empleada, es que ya me faltaba poco tiempo para jubilarme cuando se presento la necesidad de buscar director, a menos que me hubiesen jubilado, pero menos mal no fue así.
Hoy en día ya me jubile desde el el 2017 y lo hice feliz de haber sido la empleada y no la jefa.

Being a boss is not easy when the group you are supposed to lead is strong and difficult, but when the position of school principal is vacant, none of the teachers want to take it on, but they don't let someone from outside come in because they think they will be made to work hard. However, those who have nothing to fear have nothing to worry about.
Bosses sometimes have to work overtime, they get called in on vacation, they can't spend as much time with their families, they have to be in many places at almost the same time, and if they don't have a car, they have to figure out how to get around, but they have to get the job done.
Meanwhile, employees know their work schedule: Monday through Friday, one shift, weekends off, holidays off, and yet many complain.
I never had any aspirations to be a boss or school principal, even though I had the merits to be one, in addition to more years of service than others at the school, but I always said that I wanted to retire as a teacher, that is, as an employee. I was close to retirement when the need arose to find a principal, unless they had retired me, but thankfully that was not the case.
I retired in 2017, and I am happy to have been an employee and not the boss.
