Author: @sephiwolf Curator: @solumviz  Collection # 10 Idea for physical card / Holozing Fanart Eng-Esp > As a first step, we make a sketch in blue. Originally, I had planned to draw the creatures inside a cave where the crystals could shine brighter, but my intention was to make something cute, so I changed it to an open meadow. For the line art, I used black and the Yuna brush. In other illustrations, I said I was going to change it, but here I am, still using it. We added the base color. I wanted to give each character different tones to highlight the difference in their evolution. As I mentioned earlier, I wanted to add bright colors to give it a more cheerful touch. I don't usually do this, but I still think it looks nice. I started the details from the background, blending and gradually adding the shape of the clouds to finally highlight them. I did the ground in a similar way, but in some parts I used a leaf brush and reinforced the dark tones until I got something more detailed. As a final step, I added some grass with the meadow brush. For the characters, it was just a matter of adding shadows and highlights, which is easy but time-consuming, as I created the characters separately and in most cases used different tones for the shadows and highlights. It's time to give details about the crystals. This can be interpreted in many ways: crystals cause creatures to evolve. Or are the crystals from creatures that are no longer with us? I'll leave this detail to your imagination...  Author: @atem.art Curator: @solumviz  Holozing/ Emberox > Here’s my drawing of Emberox, the fire dragon from Holozing. It’s been months that I wanted to draw the Holozing dragons but I wasn’t confident. I always draw humans so drawing the other creatures was a new challenge. I wanted to try so I chose the fire dragon among the others and it was yesterday that I finished the sketch and today I started coloring the dragon. For coloring, I used different shades of red and orange to color the skin and after shading and highlighting I used a textured brush to add skin texture, I lowered the opacity to make it look more natural. After that, I worked on the horns and then went on coloring the fire that is coming out of the dragon’s mouth. I really liked working on this portrait of the Emberox and I hope you also enjoyed it...  Author: @judetheartiste Curator: @solumviz  Female Ocean Healer with Zingu in a cup - Holozing Fan art > If you look at the timelapse at the end of this blog, you'll notice how much the character's gesture changed throughout the process. I struggled to determine the best position for her, and I realized it was taking me quite a bit of time to finish. To stay on track, I made sure to finalize the gesture without wasting any more time. This is the final pose I decided to go with. In my previous fan art of Light Healer, I mentioned that I love using brown instead of black for line art. However, when I started coloring the flat, the color of the line art didn’t quite satisfy me. I changed the line art color, and I'm satisfied with the outcome. The best feature of CSP is that it easily allows you to change the layer color. I focused on the shadows and highlights of the character, and I have to say, there’s so much to discuss regarding the placement of lighting—from the hair to the clothes to the cup. Overall, it turned out great! I'm also really pleased with how the eye came out, I used to struggle with coloring eyes, but now it has become much easier. I just need to stay consistent for the next piece... Author: @lebding Curator: @solumviz  LIGHT HEALER - ADVENTURE TIME'S FLAME PRINCESS INSPIRED > Flame princess is an interesting character where her emotions like love makes anyone around her in danger. but for this specific holozing fanart i made a male version of her and a light healer still i stick with the red color even the light healer clothing symbol is red here started the art with just structuring the pose. Then cleaning that up with a line art, i love the style of the art of adventure time but i mix my painterly style here so there yah go. starting paintin the base colors. finishing up the rest of the body of light healer... Using different color style to create a new color theory on the artwork . there's no denying it that they still room for improvement I've been busy lately my little time I had I used to create this stunning fan art of the light healer but there is this Russ I feel whenever I create or start thinking of an exciting new art I'll do in the future it's always been fun for me everytime I make new art like the background, color values . Being an artist aren't easy..but am glad I am. First I used a 2B pencil for sketching the figure and pose of the character. This is very important why? Because this is the process where you'll be able to define the characters features trading figure and characteristic such as poses body size body height and what have you. Second, I used black ball pen to draw the outline of the sketch adding details and making it look more visible before adding color. Third, I started applying colors to the drawing first with the skin tone...  Author: @almightygrim Curator: @solumviz  Holozing Fanart: Wrackoo > I've been getting some things done in life on the side, and along with that, I thought it'd be a good idea to draw fan art for the Holozing Game. Today, I went for the OG character from Holozing - Wrackoo. I wanted to try a fun idea I've been having lately, and it was to not only draw my character similar to the monster from the game, but also give her an accessory related to the character, now, the accessory wasn't just an ordinary one - a wrackoo hoodie!! I wasn't sure about it at first - I was scared it might end up looking weird, but I love how it turned iut in the end. Anyways, this is it for today's drawing...  Author: @lorentm Curator: @solumviz  Male Forest Healer - A Quiet Night > The creative journey began with the sketch, where I laid down the basic lines and proportions of the character and the environment. This first step is always special for me, as it allows me to give form to the idea I imagined in my mind and start to feel the energy of the scene. Once I had the sketch ready, I moved on to the lineart. Here, I carefully traced clean lines to define the details, from the expression on his face to the folds of his hoodie and the softness of the sofa. This stage is where the character starts to truly appear, and I enjoy seeing how the shapes take clearer form. The next step was coloring. I selected a palette of greens, browns, and soft blues to highlight the natural and calm essence of the healer. Adding color always feels like giving life to the drawing, and it sets the overall mood of the piece. After coloring, I worked on the shadows. I wanted to emphasize the atmosphere of night and warmth, so I carefully placed shadows on the folds of his clothes, his hair, and the objects around him. This step added depth and a more realistic feel to the illustration...
