OCEAN HEALER AND WOOLITZ - HOLOZING FAN ART
> In the timelapse drawing of female ocean healer, I was contemplating whether she should be sitting down or sitting up. I ultimately chose the latter because she has a sassy vibe, which influenced both her pose and expression. I'm planning to create a little comic featuring this drawing along with my previous one, which I’ll share in the next blog. Coloring flats are my favorite part because the fun begins with it. I started with the eye details next, and I didn't complicate it but kept it simple. If you watch the timelapse, the detailing of her hair was challenging. Adding glitter to her hair and clothes was difficult, but I wanted to keep it simple and not complicate things...

Gentle Naara Wanders Through Sunny Daisy Field 🌼
> I used a blur pen for the sketch and then a textured brush for the lineart. The vision for this art is that Naara is just happily walking in the forest, admiring some daisies. Lately, I wanted to explore the application of lights and shadows. So, in every art that I do, I try to incorporate hard lights and shadows, hehe. A nice practice for making Holozing art. 😄 Just the same process I do for the initial part of coloring. Here, I used different glow brushes and a gradient to illuminate the canvas. I put some bokeh lights (random light circles) and then applied light to the flowers and grass, too...

Light Healer (Neon of Valorant-Inspired)
> I played Valorant during the pandemic era, and one of the agents that caught my eye was Neon because of the design also she was also introduced as the first Filipino playable agent in Valo. I also redesigned most of the clothings or outfit of Neon here and make it holozing healer vibe. The Light healer gold plate on her forehead and on the gloves too. The Zing capturing device instead of a pistol also the clothes are a totally different design, there's "Z" on the neck part, i really like the hair design of Neon and i think it fits well here on holozing. The background i made is futuristic room where there are datas of holos on the left is M1u and on the right is Zingu...

Forest healer 🍀 — Forest Elf
> First I used a 2B pencil for sketching on a jota to help design also give me a clear idea of how I want the drawing to look like before sketching it out on my canvas. the main sketch of the fine art helps in figure, designs and pose of the character. I used to be pencil for the sketch. Second, I use black ball pen to draw the line art of the sketch highlighting the form making the drawing look clear. Third I said applying colors to the drawing using pencil colors building up the color process step by step from skin tone to shadows. Fourth, I added some finishing touch including details of the characters color Shadow and shading the needed to make the drawing look more 3D...

Holozing/ Glimmo
> Here’s my drawing of Glimmo from Holozing. Today I was about to draw one of the male healers but then I changed my mind and decided to finish the sketch of the Glimmo that I was working on some days ago. It was a simple sketch of Glimmo but I thought of changing it a little. So I decided to draw a gem in its hands. A gem that is similar to those gems that Gemino has on its back ^^ I finished the sketch and then started coloring the skin with different shades of orange color. Then I added yellow highlights on its skin and its shell. After that, I worked on the gem. The original gem is supposed to be purple but I used blue and yellow colors too. In the end, I worked on the background. I painted the background like it’s inside the cave because I thought it would be the best place for Glimmo to find a Gem...

Light Healer
> This time I want to share another fanart I made, "Female Light Healer". I worked on it mainly in Photoshop, but also spent some time in Corel Painter, and honestly, it was a different process than what I usually do😄. I made this sketch in PS y the first thing I noticed was when I used Photoshop’s symmetry tool—and honestly, it feels kind of limited. Sure, it keeps everything symmetrical, but it’s a bit boring, everything just looks identical. On the other hand, in Corel Painter symmetry feels completely different. Besides duplicating the stroke, the results also change depending on the brush you’re using. For example, if you use a wet brush, the stroke itself repeats, but the effect isn’t exactly the same on both sides. Those tiny differences, if you pay attention, make the...

Male Light Healer - Old West
> I started with a rough sketch, tracing the basic pose and structure of the sheriff. At this stage, the most important thing was capturing the expression and ensuring his posture conveyed authority and intensity. Once the sketch felt solid, I moved on to the line art. Clean, precise lines helped give shape to the character’s features, from the folds of his coat to the strands of his long hair. The anime style came through strongly here, giving him a sharp and expressive look. The next step was coloring. I carefully chose earthy tones for his clothing, contrasting with the lighter shades of his hair and the warm skin tones. This palette allowed the sheriff to feel grounded in the Western the...
