Hello everyone, How are y’all doing?!
Over the past few days, we have been having a lot of bananas in the house. While my siblings and I aren’t letting them go to waste one bit, I decided it was time to switch it up a bit and use the banana to create something instead of straight up eating it the regular schmegular way.
So after scouring the house for extra ingredients that could be compatible with banana, I realized not a lot of things mesh well with banana. That and the fact that we didn’t have a lot of fruits at home.
So I settled for the banana, milk and soybean. I’ve always wanted to try putting soybean in the drinks I take these days, so this would be a great opportunity to do just that.
Ingredients

Two bananas

One tablespoon of powdered filled cream milk

One tablespoon of soybean powder

Half cup of water
Procedure
Peel your bananas, and place them into your blender.
Mix your powdered milk and soybean powder into a half cup of water. And pour it into the blender.
Proceed to blend to your desired consistency.
Transfer into your cup and enjoy your healthy cup of banana milk smoothie.
