The Skyline Luge has arrived in Kuala Lumpur and it boasts of it's various tracks of several difficulty and lengths. Well, it didn't launched just recently but I think it was around 2-3 years ago. The last time I was on one of these things was back when I was little in New Zealand when my family took a trip there into the mountains. I was so little I could barely remember anything, all I knew was that I went down pretty fast and my luge got stucked halfway down on the side rubber curbs that was meant to break my one way ticket down the mountains.

Here I am again, organizing a luge event with my colleagues. It was a Saturday and we got a package that includes 4 trips down the hill. The max package is around RM76(18 usd) per adult which gives you 5 trips.

You can check out more on its packages here : https://kualalumpur.skylineluge.com/

It's the first for many of my friends. Unfortunately, each ride only took about 3-5 minutes downhill. It went by pretty quick and we completed all 4 courses within an hour. If not mistaken, this month the Skyline Luge company opened a long flying fox right next to the luge tracks where you can grapple down all the way to the bottom.

Was it worth it? If you've never been to Luge before, you should try it at least once. It can be great fun with friends but to be honest, the tracks here are a tad bit short. The length of the tracks can be longer. However, there is a funfair located just next to it but it is mainly a kids funfair where the rides are made just for kids. If you're bringing your kids, it would probably be worth spending some time at the funfair after the luge rides. Other than that, it wouldn't be worth it going more than once.
