Hello and greetings to everyone, I'm unable to post daily, not because I don't have any topics, but rather because I don't have the skills. Thanks to @charjaim for such an interesting topic. I give him permission to bring out the worst in me.
A very important topic because I realize that today we live, as many say, in a state of war. We live in a state of alert, with bad responses, abuse, but above all, the harmful influence this has on children and young people.
I always say I have a cheerful but strong character. There are many things that bring out the worst in me, such as lying, indulgence, and self-interest.
To the point where I think I still hold the label of being a troublemaker or a negative leader. Life changes, and with it, you learn that sometimes you have to swallow it bitterly, given the place you're in or the people around you. As the old folks say, counting numbers is infinite.
I've always been fond of words and a smile, but I've always managed not to bring out the worst in me because I recognize that such unbridled behavior leads to major health problems.
I recently showed up unexpectedly to pick up the child from his circle and found the room padlocked. I looked out the window and saw children lying asleep, urinating, and the teacher was lying on the floor because her house had been without electricity all night the day before.
I took a deep breath, because the child was present. I only asked her if she knew the difference between a teacher and an educator, but if she still felt human.
Somewhat irritated, she told me to put myself in her place. I just smiled because the child was present and whispered to her, "I can't put myself in your place, because there's no room for evil in my life."
I left feeling very upset, but the boy's smile allowed me to heal that moment of pain and sorrow.
Not only for other children, but for the situations we are experiencing worldwide that many human beings use as tools of justification and pretext for bad behavior and practices.
Every human being has their moments of weakness; feelings and logical reasoning distinguish us from animals, yet animals often behave better than some humans today.
I strive, given my age, not to let the worst of me come out. I try to retreat when I see the situation heading for my own explosion. Lately, I've been hearing a lot of young people say, "I'm just like that," or "that's just my character," when they're called out, but I think attention was what was lacking during their journey to rebellious adolescence.
We talk about them, but they're a reflection of us. Therefore, we should be more careful in developing the character of every child around us, even if they're not our own. Drinks are meant to bring pleasure and enjoyment, not to be bitter, as this only hurts our throats.
