**¡Bienvenido a un nuevo post, querido Hiver!**
*En Venezuela tenemos un gran problema con la devaluación de la moneda. Y creo que eso puede ser positivo para Hive.*
Ayer antes de dormir ingresé a leer algunos, y me encontré el de @danielvehe
Mientras leía, asentía con la cabeza. Estas cosas las había pensado, por lo que apoyo las ideas que expone.
Por lo general vemos Hive Blog como "creación de contenido monetizable", y esto me agrada mucho, porque escribo casi a diario aquí y recibo recompensas por ello.
Sin embargo, desde hace un tiempo me he estado preocupando por aprovechar sus sistemas financieros, como la sección de ahorros que te da un porcentaje de APR.
También he aprovechado de hacer algunos videos para TikTok compartiendo esta información con otras personas. Y aun así siento que falta algo.
Hive es un ecosistema sumamente completo, que brinda todas las oportunidades imaginables.
Y en Venezuela suceden cosas que cada día nos hacen la vida más difícil, entonces, impulsar Hive como un medio que permita ayudar a las personas, no solo ofreciendo recompensas por su contenido, sino también como medio de pago.
Tenemos Binance, pero, aquí solo podemos usar HIVE, más no HBD. Tenemos Copybara Exchange, pero aquí solo podemos cambiar nuestros HIVE y HBD a Bolívares.
**Crear algo más completo es una solución**
Sí, tenemos Hive Keychain, y no quiero que me malentiendas. Amo cada uno de estos proyectos, los uso a diario y forman parte de mi vida facilitando cada proceso.
Pero, no todos desean escribir, crear contenido, grabar vídeos. Algunas personas solo necesitan un lugar donde almacenar su dinero y administrarlo sin que la devaluación lo convierta en polvo.
Y que este proceso sea fácil, y rápido. Permitiendo así la adopción tanto de Hive como de las cryptomonedas.
**Uno de los principales problemas del mundo crypto es su complejidad**
>Escribo esto para anima a algún programador, o desarrollador. Porque se que hay personas dentro de Hive que pueden hacerlo posible.
Vivimos en un mundo donde lo que más le importa a las personas es hacer las cosas más rápido.
Por lo que Hive atrae a aquellos que somos curiosos, los que quieren aprender, aportar, o simplemente crear, como es mi caso.
Lo que me hace pensar que no solamente hay personas así en nuestro planeta, también están aquellos que solamente quieren hacer lo que van a hacer y ya está, sin pensarlo tanto. Contando también que conforman a una cantidad importante de personas.
Entonces, creo que no se trata de cambiar la forma de ver Hive, porque Hive lo es todo. Si no en ampliar el público que atrae. Yendo por más, añadiendo más funcionalidad para el día a día, y que se use para eliminar la barrera mental de "el mundo crypto es complejo".
Hive tiene cómo lograrlo, no solo por su ecosistema, sino por todo lo que hacemos vida a diario en esta plataforma.
Vemos lo que cada uno hace en su día a día por medio de sus post, sabemos quiénes pueden hacerlo posible, y quiénes pueden impulsarlo.
**Duda random**
Cuando pienso en incentivos, vienen a mi mente los enlaces de referidos.
*¿Hay en Hive algún enlace de referido que te dé dinero por traer nuevos usuarios?*
En caso de que no, esta opción sería bastante interesante y motivadora para atraer más personas a Hive. Un pequeño incentivo para ello es algo para considerar.
**Estas son mis ideas al respecto por los momentos**
Creo en Hive, es un proyecto que me parece maravilloso y completo (uno de los pocos actualmente). También tiene potencial por descubrir, así que vale la pena construir en él.

Yesterday before going to sleep, I went to read some, and I found @danielvehe's.
As I read, I nodded my head. I'd thought about these things, so I support the ideas he presents.
We generally see the Hive Blog as "creating monetizable content," and I really like this because I write here almost daily and receive rewards for it.
However, for some time now, I've been thinking about taking advantage of its financial systems, like the savings section that gives you a percentage APR.
I've also taken the opportunity to make some videos for TikTok sharing this information with other people. And yet, I still feel like something's missing.
Hive is an extremely comprehensive ecosystem, offering every opportunity imaginable.
And in Venezuela, things happen every day that make our lives more difficult, so we need to promote Hive as a way to help people, not only by offering rewards for their content, but also as a means of payment.
We have Binance, but here we can only use HIVE, not HBD. We have Copybara Exchange, but here we can only exchange our HIVE and HBD for Bolivars.
**Creating something more comprehensive is a solution**
Yes, we have Hive Keychain, and I don't want you to misunderstand me. I love each of these projects, I use them daily, and they are part of my life, making every process easier.
But not everyone wants to write, create content, or record videos. Some people just need a place to store and manage their money without devaluation turning it into dust.
And we want this process to be easy and fast, thus enabling the adoption of both Hive and cryptocurrencies.
**One of the main problems of the crypto world is its complexity**

We live in a world where what matters most to people is doing things faster.
So Hive attracts those of us who are curious, those who want to learn, contribute, or simply create, as is my case.
Which makes me think that there aren't only people like that on our planet; there are also those who just want to do what they're going to do and that's it, without giving it much thought. Also, considering that they make up a significant number of people.
So, I think it's not about changing the way we see Hive, because Hive is everything. It's about expanding the audience it attracts. Going further, adding more functionality for everyday use, and using it to eliminate the mental barrier of "the crypto world is complex."
Hive has the means to achieve this, not only because of its ecosystem, but because of everything we do every day on this platform.
We see what everyone does on a daily basis through their posts; we know who can make it possible, and who can drive it forward.
**Random question**
When I think about incentives, referral links come to mind.
*Is there a referral link on Hive that gives you money for bringing new users?*
If not, this option would be quite interesting and motivating to attract more people to Hive. A small incentive for this is something to consider.
**These are my thoughts on it at the moment**
I believe in Hive; it's a wonderful and complete project (one of the few currently). It also has untapped potential, so it's worth building on.
