Hello everyone, today I will tell you a little about my favorite moment of the day. My days are often very boring and overwhelming, but I balance that with things I really enjoy doing. In this case, it's doing my nails. I am a manicurist in my free time; I'm still learning and I'm aware that I have so much more to explore in this beautiful and curious world where you have to unleash your imagination and creativity because more than manicurists, we are artisan fairies, haha.
Hola qué tal a todos en el día de hoy les contaré un poco sobre mi momento favorito del día.Pues mis días muchas veces son muy aburridos y abrumadores pero eso yo lo recompenso o digamos que lo equilibro con cosas que me gusten mucho hacer.En este caso es hacerme las uñas.Yo soy manicurista a mi tiempo libre,aún estoy aprendiendo y soy consciente de que me falta muchísimo por explorar en este mundo tan hermoso y curiosos donde tienes que explotar tu imaginación y creatividad porque más que manicuristas somos hadas artesanas jajaja.
I love doing nails and everything related to it, but when it comes to doing my own, it takes me so much time and dedication, especially with my right hand because since I'm right-handed, it can be a bit challenging. But I'm working on that; I'm trying to do activities with my left hand since using the non-dominant hand helps improve coordination and overall manual dexterity while activating different areas of the brain and greatly enhancing cognitive function. Doing what I love brings me immense happiness, and I think dedicating time to our passions serves as a form of escape and helps me disconnect from daily worries. When we have fun and enjoy doing something, it makes us more productive and helps us grow as individuals. When I started doing nails, I met many people who guided me and still support me in my process, showing that doing what we love also improves and enriches our social relationships and makes us feel better about ourselves.
A mi me encanta hacer uñas y todo y lo disfruto pero cuando me toca hacérmelas a mi me toma tanto tiempo y mucha dedicación,sobretodo con la mano derecha porque como soy derecha pasó un poco de trabajo pero ya estoy trabajando en eso estoy tratando de hacer actividades con la mano izquierda ya que utilizar la mano no dominante ayuda a mejorar la coordinación y la destreza manual en general y activa diferentes áreas del cerebro y mejora muchísimo la función cognitiva.Hacer lo que me gusta me da muchísima felicidad y pienso que dedicar tiempo a las pasiones sirve como una forma de escape y y me ayuda mucho a desconectar con las preocupaciones diarias.Cuando uno se divierte y disfruta hacer algo hace más probable que seamos productivos y nos ayuda a crecer como personas.Cuando comencé a arreglar uñas conocí a muchas personas que me guiaron y aún me guían y me apoyan en mi proceso muestra de que también hacer lo que nos gusta mejora y enriquece nuestras relaciones sociales y nos hace sentirnos mejor con nosotros mismos.
