Una de las frases de mis hijos que me sacan de mis cabales es "es que mamá" y luego de esto vienen sus excusas. Creo que antes del segundo, sucede mi grito que dice "es que mamá un pepino"😃. Cuando mamá dice que vamos a comer hamburguesas caseras, en lugar de las compradas, es simplemente porque mamá te ama y es su obligación cuidarte en estos primeros pasos de tu vida. Cuando seas grande e independiente harás lo que quiera con tu vida, pero en casa se hace lo que mamá dice. 🤔

Mi hija trabajó por muchos años la cadena de hamburguesas rápidas McDonald's y si bien ella siempre nos explicó el proceso de cocción y muchas explicaciones, nunca me cerró esa calidad que de tanto hablan. Pero más allá de eso, soy de las que piensan, que todo lo casero es mejor. Normalmente, realizo hamburguesas de lenteja mezcladas con carne vacuna y los tengo congeladas en el freezer para estas ocasiones. Mamá hoy queremos comer algo de chatarra. Ok, chatarra pero a lo Zuni 😃.
