Hola amigos de la comunidad de Hive, por acá Zuni nuevamente. Y aunque sé que ando un tanto perdida, es por cuestiones más bien personales que a veces no llego con todo lo que quiero hacer. Pero acá estoy y hoy quiero contarles algunas vivencias con mis pequeños bebés.

El día de ayer el padre salió a disfrutar de su ciclismo y como iban a un lugar muy lejos sabíamos que volvería muy tarde. Es por eso que nos pusimos a ordenar la casa primeramente con los niños y luego a revisar algo que me encanta hacerlo con ello porque siempre pienso que gran parte de la educación empieza en casa.
>! [English]Yesterday the father went out to enjoy his cycling and since they were going to a very far place we knew he would be back very late. That's why we started to tidy up the house first with the kids and then to review something that I love to do with them because I always think that much of the education starts at home.

Los niños y sobre todo en la edad de Don Juan tienden mucho a compararse con los compañeritos y a veces llevan galletitas al colegio que son realmente caras y uno no puede comprarlas, o mejor dicho, uno tiene otras prioridades. Una galletita Oreo, que me encantan, pero que traen pocas y su valor a veces es superior, a si yo le preparo en casa. Nos pusimos manos a la obra y dijimos hoy vamos a comer rico tanto dulce como salado.

[English]Children, especially at Don Juan's age, tend to compare themselves with their classmates and sometimes they bring cookies to school that are really expensive and you can't buy them, or rather, you have other priorities. An Oreo cookie, which I love, but they bring few of them and their value is sometimes higher than if I prepare them at home. We got down to work and said today we are going to eat both sweet and savory.

Cramblet cookies era uno de los pedidos y la otra ocurrencia mía eran las famosas caras sucias como le decimos en Argentina. Son como unos pancitos dulces espolvoreados con azúcar negra. Como iba a prender el horno a gas, siempre aprovecho y además cocino algo al horno. En esta ocasión fue algunas presas de pollo acompañado de algunas verduras. Todo salió más que delicioso y valió la pena este momento con ellos.
>! [English]Cramblet cookies was one of the requests and the other one was the famous "caras sucias" as we call them in Argentina. They are like little sweet breads sprinkled with brown sugar. As I was going to turn on the gas oven, I always take advantage of it and bake something in the oven. On this occasion it was some chicken with some vegetables. Everything turned out more than delicious and it was worth this moment with them.

En internet hay muchas recetas y viéndolo y haciendo un paso a paso, puedes obtener un resultado más que favorable. Pero la loca de mamá quiere inculcarles otras cositas a ellos y tiene que ver con ahorrar o utilizar otros productos más económicos que nos lleven al mismo resultado o similar. Quizás no logramos el resultado exclusivo de la galletita oreo, pero sí aprendieron que se puede comer rico gastando menos. Cargamos el tupper que lleva todos los días don Juan al colegio para que pueda compartir con los compañeros que él decida y de esa forma no se siente excluido cuando otros llevan galletitas.
Almorzamos los tres felices en casas y luego nos pusimos a ver películas. Llegado la hora de la merienda, y mientras seguíamos mirando nuestras películas, compartimos las galletitas realizadas con nuestras propias manos. Espero que estas historias que traigo les ayuden en algo y que sobre todo nunca se desanimen cuando no pueden conseguir galletitas caras. Siempre hay una opción y los niños saben valorar todo el esfuerzo que hacemos.
