Siento que cuando me preparo el almuerzo para comer afuera, que por supuesto lo hago para ahorrar dinero y también para comer saludable. Siento que al cocinarme yo misma lo hago más saludable. Cuando me toca cocinar en casa para toda la familia y al ser mis niños muy comilones, tengo que hacerlo de manera más contundente 😁. Porque si no lo hago así, me comen a mí.

Realizo este tipo de comidas, porque verdaderamente quiero cuidarme y estar siempre livianita para cualquier evento. Este almuerzo para mí es más que suficiente y claro está, que lo acompaño con mucha agua. Durante la mañana tomo café negro sin azúcar y si alguna compañera lleva algún tipo de galletitas, puedo ingerir algunas. Intento que no, pero en verdad a veces consumo algo de harinas con azúcar. Y es por ese motivo, que me ocupo de llevarme algo saludable.
! [English] I make these kinds of meals because I truly want to take care of myself and always be light for any event. This lunch is more than enough for me, and of course, I wash it down with plenty of water. In the morning, I drink black coffee without sugar, and if a friend brings some cookies, I can eat some.
