Hola amigos, por acá Zuni nuevamente, esperando a que estén todos muy bien. Siempre que tengo ganas de comer algo dulce y casero, me las ingenio y realizo lo que para mí son mis creaciones, a los Zuni. Comenté a mis hijos que tenía ganas de comer algo goloso y el más grande me respondió “algo para bajonear”. Conocía la frase, pero me causó mucha risa cuando le pregunté qué significa.

Que por cierto, lo que más me llamó la atención es cómo lo utilizamos en la jerga Argentina. Bajón, bajonear, se utiliza normalmente para satisfacer el hambre que causa luego de fumar marihuana. Vaya sorpresa que me llevé y yo utilizándolo así como si nada 😂.

Qué importante buscar la información y sacarse las dudas. Cuando lo leímos todos nos reíamos y no estábamos fumando nada 😂. En casa no fumamos marihuana, pero me gusta el término bajonear, para utilizarlo cuando tengo ganas de comer algo dulce y goloso.

Realicé una especie de bizcochuelo, con zanahoria, dátiles, pasas de uvas, algo de maní. Todo en la licuadora, sumando leche caliente y azúcar. Sí es posible colocar azúcar de mascabo. Una vez que está todo licuado, mezclo con huevo, cacao amargo, harina de almendras y una pizca de sal, como para darle algo de sazón. Al molde y al horno. Sacado del horno y enfriado, lo bañé con chocolate al 70% y quedó esta maravilla.

Creo que de eso se trata un poco la cocina y gracias a Dios tengo un compañero que también le gusta la gastronomía @geronimo06.
